It shouldn’t be. According to the wiki Takahiro Fujiwara only played him from Episode 1109-1112. The one we hear now is Yasuhiro Mamiya who seems to have been doing it since 1140.

Even though a good chunk of this episode was recap, it was done in such an emotional and stylized way, I don’t care. It was awesome. My favorite part episode of the arc so far, it’s too bad that’s going to be surpassed soon.
