These filler/anime cannon episodes up until the manga cannon ones are notoriously bad and the main reason why Boruto has a lower rating than it should😭😭

Nick I've been saying this since you started boruto, the best strategy is to go back and watch the actually good anime canon arcs. As a certified borutard and defender of anime canon, it is hit or miss. There are some stinkers. We need to go back and watch Kara actuation and the swordsman arcs and maybe Mitsuki recovery arc. Thats all that comes to mind for long arcs.

If you do skip to manga cannon again then you should read the 12 final manga chapters for Boruto:NNG after EP 293 their peak unless you’re not that interested in reading manga.

Boruto's good canon arc is over, and it's only going to get worse from here. In my opinion, the best canon arc was the 1-15 Genin exam/Sumire arc. It's a shame this arc was omitted

well i believe there is no point if you are not enjoying it you should just skip to manga canon (episode 287) and then if after you finish that you could watch the anime canon if you want to

There are several episodes that are anime canon that are worth the watch. There’s an arc coming up centered in Himawari and Kawaki you’ll probably want to watch. But I will say, the next longer arc of episodes did drag out for me, felt longer than it needed. They leave the village for a mission for way too long. That would be the only thing I personally would skip. But like I said, there’s some good stuff coming up you don’t want to skip if you enjoy this world and these characters

Nick i love your reactions but please, i beg you, to skip to the manga canon, i watched every episode in boruto and i know that it's not worth it, the "good" anime canon episodes are over at this point, i think if you continue watching these anime canon/filler episodes will make you love the series less than skipping them and go straight to canon.

I dont blame ya for skipping to manga canon but as someone who watched all the episodes when it was still airing, im still glad i did Some anime arcs gave more screen time for kawaki, hima, and others that which i liked, but thats just my opinion

Please just go to the manga canon. I think no one is really enjoying the anime canon. The bad ratings of the anime are there for a reason (and that’s the anime/filler canon). It’s just not good. It will just destroy the fun you had before with that anime.

An idea to compromise would be to return and watch the anime-cannon important arcs that you skipped.

Mitsuki recovery ark is good and the Sumire ark also.

Most of these filler episodes will just get more boring and bad but there is an episode you will find interesting Episode 258 is worth not to skip trust

The problem isnt the “filler” it’s the useless side characters that we don’t really care about like denki & those girl group etc….in Naruto we had PEAK side characters that we cared more for than the main cast like Rock Lee, Gaara, Itachi
