Yes its amazing it is a slower show but its a very very very good coming-of-age-story Hear is the synopsis Violet Evergarden is a deeply emotional, coming-of-age drama about a former child soldier who lost both her arms and her emotional understanding in a devastating war. Seeking to understand the final, mysterious words of her commanding officer ("I love you"), she becomes an "Auto Memories Doll"—a ghostwriter who pens letters to help others express their hidden feelings. The narrative follows Violet's journey as she transitions from a weapon of war into a empathetic, gentle young woman. Across her episodic assignments, she helps grieving families, estranged lovers, and war-torn individuals put their deepest emotions onto paper. As she writes other people's stories, she slowly uncovers the true meaning of love, grief, and humanity within her own heart. It's My personal favorite anime of all time.
