I mean you should never expect that level of animation quality from jojo's lol the production is never on that level. But in terms of just fights, there is one upcoming SBR fight that will definitely match this if we put animation aside. If we're talking about animation tho look out for black clover, that shit looks insane

Not yet I think stage 2 and 3 is just standard jojo stuff and kinda weak some times. Stage 4 and onwards is straight peak but that's coming next year not now. In terms of animation, there have been several leakers that are saying production is facing issues behind the scenes and jojo's has never had insane sakuga to begin with besides part 5 and sometimes part 3. We'll see but personally I'm keeping my expectations somewhat low

Late Stage 2 during a certain backstory and true holy plot reveal will be all that is needed to be above anything else in terms of story that’s where it truly begins and in terms of pacing it should be no later than EP 5 so by late next month. Also, idk what leakers you’re referring to, but I only know of one that mentioned it keeping track, and their reputation of being correct isn’t exactly the best.

No? You probably dont watch the anime. Parts 3 and 5 had some really good sakuga. Not every anime needs to look like jjk and one piece lol. Jojo animation is as good as it needs to be besides part 6 which struggled a lot due to production problems + netflix rushing davidpro
