you got three episodes left, then the movie which is season 2 and also the series finale. The series finale is just titled "Violet evergarden: The movie", the other one called "Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll" is an OVA but it's well worth watching too

This is why for me, Violet Evergarden is one of the best animes if not the best, that you can recommend anybody to start watching anime. There is nothing complicated to understand, there is barely anything to even complain about (nothing for me), it's a mature story that will prob get you to relate with one or another character or episode and on top of that, the audio-visuals along with it's narrative are for me, the best and most beautiful of any anime ever made by a longshot. Violet Evergarden is for me, the best representative of the "ANIME" genre

Ep 10 is my favorite episode of any show I’ve ever watched. Nothing has ever hit me emotionally like that. I could tell the mother was sick from the first second they showed her, and I was teary eyed for the whole ep after that. And when it showed Ann’s memories with her mother then going into her reading the letters, it hit me like a truck. Then seeing Violet crying showing how far she’s come as a character was just more salt in the wound.

Episode 10 is one of the saddest moments in anime. It can resonate with everyone. We all have loved ones we want to be with forever, but Fate and Life are cruel. Anime like this really make me reflect on my own life and changes how I spend time with my Family and friends.
