peak episode

Bruh Master

Oye is Oyecomowa And Tic tac boom is Boku no rhythm wa kiitekure The episode was still well animated but yeah the animation's kinda rough ngl

Rullakebu

❌ Oye ✅ Oyecomova (Tito Puente / Santana song) Stand: ❌ Tic Tac Boom ✅ Boku no Rizumu wo Kiitekure (engl.: "Listen to My Rhythm", span.: "Oye Como Va Mi Ritmo", same reference as above)

SBR Calaminator

Oyecomova is a musical reference to the song “Oye Como Va” (Tito Puente, famously covered by Santana), with his secondary thematic/ability parallels to the original-universe character Santana from part 2 (and, to a lesser extent, Killer Queen’s bomb power from part 4.) Safe to say next Ep is when the Holy back-to-back masterpieces begins. Peak backstory and true plot reveal incoming.

October 16, 2016, I’m in my grandmother’s house as I typically stood at for the weekends where I casually and religiously watched Toonami, and what premiered live that very night for the first time to the Western world was JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. I had seen images from as early as the late 2000s and recommended it in 2014, what got me hooked was that unique atmosphere along with the characters/colors, style and the ED outro “Roundabout” that was a famously English song unlike anything done for an anime I knew this series would be special and that was a profound understatement. It only took me until the end of part 3 to see that it’s peak anime and part 5 to realize this is peak TV/entertainment media, when I found out that it only gets better and better it just confirmed and solidified it. The series is so ingeniously creative, and unique that there’s truly nothing like it and the best part is it’s a reflection of our whole world as a reference to everything while being like nothing else. I love letter to humanity and a complete freedom of expression. 1. The Flamboyantly Masculine style. 2. The real world and musical references. 3. The unique story and characters. 4. The ever evolving quality of one upping itself and art styles. 5. The OST 6. The cosmopolitan culture and shifting plot genres. 7. The strategic tactical fights and power system. 8. The Bizarre humor. 9. The Adventure. 10. The raw brutal nature of it all. This is the appeal of JoJo’s.

I found the animation as great as always, didn't see any rough parts

REDE

No there were definitely some rough/reused assets. For example when the bombs are going off behind them the explosion effects were reused multiple times making them look identical which kinda broke my immersion a bit.

REDE

Kinda makes sense they don't animate every single hair strand on their head while fighting a D tier villain of the week. I would obviously like every second to be near perfect too but its just not realistic given SBR is the longest part by far (excluding 8 and 9) and there are a lot of really hype moments throughout, this dude is not one of them hence why he was defeated in one ep.

DropGManiac

The animation looks rough at very rare times but amazing in others but honestly ill take jojo having integrity in its detailed artstyle over some colored shapes clashing really fast. Theyll cook when it REALLY MATTERS.

I like this fight better in the manga, its explained that since oyecomova was further than 20yards (gyro's balls limit) johnny fixed his spinning nails in the air with the spiderweb so that gyro could use those nails to power up the steel ball's spin and kill oyecomova

So about those 4 episodes of dragon ball?

Honestly I thought this was the best animated sbr episode so far apart from episode 1. I thought episode 3 or 4 was the weakest, but this one had the most movement out of them all. Though it was more inconsistent in the drawings and could look rough sometimes cause of the things it was animating. It definitely felt the most ambitious

新一季真的超级好看

freddy

btw, araki couldnt be the one to personally select the outro for sbr which is why we got what we got
