Nick, the other squads are always going on other missions too, we just don't really see it since they aren't the main characters. Also, when you ask why other squads don't always show up to help the Black Bulls, you need to understand that they can't just "sense" something is wrong and go help lol. They would obviously have to be told there's a problem and then travel there and whatnot. And you talked over why the Wizard King can't go. He stays in the capital to protect it if it comes under attack again. He's also the one watching over the recovered Magic Stones that the Third Eye is trying to get.

wizard king has been promoted to wizard waggon when he can look at any fight and provide commentary. a difficult job indeed much too exhausting to actually help of course

Later in the show u would see it more often but it’s asta one of the only main characters that actually questions his enemies actions and why they did it and what drove them to do what they did he is the only one that actually questions there acts and it’s amazing to have as a main character

Nick, you're asking where everybody is but i think you have gotten the impression that the whole kingdom is just ONE city...? That's not it bro, they literally showed that this little town is just on the border where as the capital ofcourse isn't right at the border to the other kingdom (If i remember correctly it's like inte middle? or something like that). The kingdom is big and they can't all be at the right place at the right time :) hope it helped!
