Ethan L

Did he announce when the one piece subathon is starting?

Iruma Mob 100

Nick I highly recommend you read the manga version as well. It has a lot of extra scenes that add to the story and honestly makes it even better. (I love both evenly though) Plus if you buy the whole series (it’s like 6-7 volumes) it comes with a poster of the fireworks festival ^^

Keitaro

I haven't watched this reaction yet but I just wanted to say that I'm so glad he watched it cause I've asked for this a couple of times before. Hands down one of my favorites movies ever.

Einar Engen

Thank you. For uploading this, since i couldnt catch stream today

Aurange

I fucking love this movie, wish i caught stream. Nick, will you check out To Your Eternity? It's one of my favorite anime and was written by the same person as A Silent Voice

Filip

next time I want to see Your Name

tsukiii

yeah less go, if u want maybe Your lie in april gl

Khitar_B!

watch I want to eat your pancreas pls

LOTM1434

Love this movie! Can't wait for your name reaction!

Soap

I find the ending of the manga better but still loved the movie ending

Mak V
>>121974514

Next week is normal. And he did too many subathons; those things are terrible.

Sumic

the english dub of this anime is actually insanely good. They casted an actual deaf girl to play Shoko Nishimiya I believe.

dzuudo

how come I can't watch one reaction to this movie without tearing up? I have watched it like 7-8 times and still every single time...

Ethan L
>>121974514

Don’t think he’s ever done a subathon fym?? And he announced he’s doing it just doesn’t know when

KiriyamaRei

A lot of people in that chat were saying this was based on a true story. STOP THE CAP. Their source is that they made it the fuck up. Oima created this series from scratch. Sure their may have been inspos like any media would have but saying this is based on a real event is false

Jonathan Álvarez

I watched it with Spanish subtitles. and in Spanish subtitles you have to think about what she means when she speaks. The subtitles that Nicholas has were already correct.

Swish_91

This stream and the Movie was a W, besides half of the Chat (subless people Most) was annoying AF like always

Kayso

Nick you should definitely watch "Your Name." (Kimi no Na wa) next

AcentGG

god bless u for this reaction

AcentGG

if u watch i want to eat your pancreas or your name you will love those 2 movies too

K

This my favorite anime movie. Your Name is #2

Daniel iacomi

This is for sure the BEST anime movie. Your name is also good but it's too shallow regarding the main theme of the movie (long distance relationship), while this movie has one of the most pressing questions in human philosophy - why we live? what is the reason we exist? if we did something bad, are we deemed evil for all life? can a human hope for salvation of the soul after doing something morally and ethically wrong?

Shgurr

you should totally watch clannad if you liked this :)

Toribio
>>121986203

I Want to Eat your Pancreas is my personal favorite but this one is perfect tbh

איתמר חיים

Nick, I watched this movie together with my good friend named Inon. We were very excited and it was an amazing time we had together. I remember that evening, we cooked food together, and we smiled, and we were happy. This movie reminded us how precious life is, and how important is to stay together, and support each other. My dear friend Inon passed away two months ago.. and I am so moved to write to you, with tears in my eyes and to thank you for bringing me back to that day, the day I especially miss, the day we watched this movie together, had fun, got excited and cried together. Thank you for being an excellent partner for watching great anime, and for the funny videos you upload almost every day that helps me in difficult times. Thank you, love you and admire you very much❤️

Bo Alesia

Gotta watch your lie in April now!

L.C.

Didn't see this coming. Noice.

Ray Roy

Omg one of my top favs, what a surprise!!! As a movie: Your name. next. As anime: Your lie in April

markowen

Your Name next!

Elle2128

Are we getting the 2nd set of Haikyuu episodes tonight? Since there's only been two so far this week. Or did this replace them.

AstaMonsta

holy shit this is the BEST surprise i’ve ever gotten. one of my all time favorite movies. so beautiful

Nahim

i want to eat your pancreas now pls

L.C.

This movie is without a doubt one of my favorites. Every main kid that had some kind of importance or relevance had either more or less some kind of redemption moment in the series. Even down to Ishida's two friends in elementary school who left him. They went to save him from drowning when he fell off the building.

RedCrimson

Second time watching this masterpiece and still made me sad I Still need to watch I wanna eat your pancress and ur name but hopefully nick will react to them so I can watch it with him I feel like bubble would be a good slice of life to Watch as well

Cameron Sunken

Beautiful movie! If you ever get the chance I'd love to see you try some of Mamoru Hosada's films, like Wolf Children or Summer Wars. He also directed One Piece film 6, and it's widely considered to be the best One Piece movie. Can't recommend it enough!

Sam F

Not me tearing up the whole movie again

Macikanon.

I f*cking love the story telling Silent Voice. Damn! What a great way to tell a story..

Minority hunter

Now let’s get into real anime movie howls moving castle please

ethan

Watch i want to eat you pancreas, its genuinely on the same level as a silent voice, an amazing watch! also Your Name!!!!! if you loved this im sure you will love it.

Kaito mizuta

Please react “your name”！ Also Please watch Subtitle One.

Merueme

It's crazy how no one watches the reaction, but everyone demands "watch your name" as if he hasn't mentioned that he's going to do it 15 times in this exact reaction.

Damien

Such a special movie. My all time favorite.

ArthurusRex

hey one day can you react to the Amazing Digital Circus, it's an animated pilot on YouTube, 26 minutes long so it's really short. In one month they have 98 Millions views on YouTube.

Phelipe Carlos

man you should see YOUR NAME, another peak movie

CodTheFish

I'm thoroughly surprised I opened your patreon to watch the lastest Naruto vid but you posted this which I didn't expect right now however I am certainly happy you did

Gabriela Zuniga

You have to react to “your lie in April” you have to it’s so good

Annneee

OMG I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS. It's time to cry again watching it one more time

Jesus Lujan

fuck yeah, so cool that you're enjoying all the different anime out there and not just sticking to one genre like some people do. You get to experience anime for the true art that it is. And I get to remember my journey through anime too :)

Iron_claw

Violet evergarden next please it's just as good and animated by the same studio

William

Still can not believe this and Your Name got snubbed out of an oscar nomination to the fucking "The boss baby." Pisses me off 5+ years later

Ryan Palyo

Some other good anime movies you should watch are "Your Name", "Weathering With You" and "I Want to Eat Your Pancreas". All are pretty much as good as Silent Voice, and do give Pancreas a shot even though the name is offputting. Amazing movie as well

jacky

When’s your name

Wild Wesley

This is one of my all time favorite movies. The manga is even better! Kyoto Animation basically changed the way animation is done, their backgrounds are so fucking beautiful. The dub is actually really good too! I like both equally

Amir Zaquan

lol this movie is not based on true story

Iron_claw

I know you're not gonna believe me when I say this. But after watching the sub version of this, I went and watched the dub, and the dub was actually better. Let me give one really good exapple. So, in the sub version on the Ferris wheel, Naoka Ueno, the mean girl, says, "Let's agree to hate each other. Shouko Nishimiya says I don't hate you," and then Naoka Ueno slaps Shouko Nishimiya. in the dub version, Shouko Nishimiya is voice acted by an actual deaf girl, and in that same Ferris wheel scene. Naoka Ueno says, "Let's agree to hate each other and then Shouko Nishimiya says, "But I don't hate you. i hate myself and starts breaking down crying, and then Naoka Ueno slaps her. That same scene hits so much harder in the dub just holy crap It hits you so much harder in the feels

Normadus

Now we need him to watch Clannad LOL Second season would be funny to watch

Matthis
>>122181598

Okay , tons of words for some non-sense, thx for the participation

TY0NGMELON

I NEEEEEE nick to watch I Want To Eat Your Pancreas. This movie made me cry once or twice but I Want to Eat Your Pancreas made me wanna km5 from sadness

Alan Livingstone

You should definitely check out Bakemono No Ko (the boy and the beast)

TallestGryphon

You should try and watch the first episode of To Your Eternity. It’s made by the same author of A Silent Voice. You will not regret it.

Cesar

Someday you should react to the movie Belle Ryuu to Sobakasu no Hime

aadimy

i can never rewatch this movie without crying. now i rlly want you to watch ‘i want to eat your pancreas’

Yasiuu667

seeing how you enjoyed a silent voice so much, you should try and watch Clannad and Clannad After Story.

QAQ TR

I can’t wait to see his reaction to Madoka magika’s movie… let’s guess which series will make he cry

Ben

I liked the dub better actually

Alex Spalding
>>122181598

he right though lmao, don't get me wrong the original Japanese is good but the English dub for this movie is out crazy good.

ted fieffer

I love how yuzuru wears ishida's shoes through out the movie

Azariel 竜月

dw y'all in the manga (story is a bit different although the main events stays the same) they graduate and the last panel they leave together hand in hand , none are dead they are an item 1 years late comm btw
