For Serious Though - Me And My Work - Some Thoughts (Patreon)

Trigger Warnings for Brief Mentions of Abuse. This is a *super* serious one, my dears. As serious as I can be anyway. HAHA! There has been some stuff happening in the VA/ performer community that made me feel it is important to address how I conduct myself, for transparency reasons and just to make my stance on some issues clear. Just so I also have it written down where the world can see it: NO is always a full and complete answer with me, whether it is a script idea, or a saucy interaction. Never EVER feel obligated to give me ANYTHING.  I am so so so fortunate to have people who want to listen to what I make and what I have to say and how I get off, and then they want to support me too!? This means so much to me and I do not have any interest in jeopardizing it in order to manipulate or use people.

I understand I am working in a complex area of life, with a lot of room for nuance and a lot of exterior influences that affect how we see ourselves and others in this space. I am not interested in making anyone feel poorly about themselves in this area, but there is a risk of it, so I would like you to know, if it does happen, you are completely valid in being upset with me. I hope you give me the opportunity to learn from it, but I also understand if you don't. This is all I can really ask, you know?
