"Are you sure about this?" A raven haired young male asked at his side.
But even still, he kept his eyes upon the large gate that separated them from their goals.
"Of course I am, the doors will open, I'm sure of it." He told him, as his companion's hawk-like eyes narrowed.
The many people around them were growing restless, something he couldn't accept. But even still, they had to wait for their enemy's response.
"We should still go with you, it may be too dangerous to go in alone," his companion told him.
"Sasuke, you know I can handle her on my own." A blonde male told his dark-haired friend.
"Of course I know that my king, but we don't know how Sienna will react, you should at least take me, If nothing else, I will fight for you till my last breath," the blackette, 'Sasuke' assured. As he broke the deal between his sword and his scabbard, a long navy blue Chokutō.
He only chuckled, his eyes looking upon his pale-skinned friend in mirth. "You know that won't be necessary, as much as Sienna believed herself to be an alpha, she is arrogant, and those actions will only lead to her downfall," the blonde told him, as he motioned to his side, spotting many of the enemy guards scurrying about.
"They've already spotted us, it's time for the tiger to get our message," The king said, as his blue eyes gazed upon the large walls and gate once again.

(Inside)
Large doors burst open, as a weary and exhausted Faunus burst forward, uncaring of the guards rushing to stop him.
"High leader! High leader!" He called out, his body nearly hitting the floor as his body gave out.
His calls got the attention of the dark haired, tanned skin, Bengal tiger Faunus sitting upon a throne.
"Aquino?" The woman recognizes the messager, a deer-Faunus, before her confused face morphed into a small amount of anger. "Explain yourself at once!" She ordered.
"My lady, I apologize, but the outpost, it's under attack!" The messaged told her, as well as the other guards within the room.
Sienna rose from her throne, "We're under attack! By who?" Was it the humans? Had they finally found where they were at, it was plausible, but she'd suspected they had a little more time before that happened.
"I don't know, but the entire camp is surrounded by Faunus," the male informed.
Sienna's eyes widened in surprise. What? That didn't make sense, why would a large group of fanus be opposing the white fang?
"Aquino, is there anything else?" She asked, trying to fish for more information,
The man nodded, "Yes, high lord, they appear to be led by a young male, one with golden blonde hair as bright as the sun and orange fox ears atop his head." He stated.
It was then that Sienna realized who was outside, so he came, this could be problematic.
"What are their numbers?" Sienna asked.
The man known as Aquino grimaced, not happy with the next bit of information he had to relay. "By our estimates, they outnumber our current numbers within the base by three to one," he told her.
Sienna bit her lip, their enemy was well-informed, clearly this was planned. She knew what he wanted, and he would do anything to get it.
His message was clear, and if she didn't comply, he would make his way to her by force. While they were they likely had much more supplies in terms of firepower, there would still be heavy casualties on both sides, something she couldn't afford at the moment.
The only other option would be to comply with his wishes… the best move on she could make.
Sighing, she resolved herself to her fate, with the wave of her hand, she gave out her order. "Open the gates," shocking the other members within the room.
"My lady, What?" Aquino asked.
"I said open the gates!" Sienna repeated, "let the golden fox come in."
She would play his game… for now.

The golden haired fox fanus smiled, seeing the gates he'd been watching finally open. But as he went to enter, Sasuke tried to follow, but with a slight motion of his hand, the black haired youth stopped.
"Sasuke, do you have no faith in me?" The golden fox asked his subordinate harshly, causing him to freeze in place.
As the black haired hawk, Faunus grimaced a little, before giving a slight bow to his undisputed leader. "Of course not, Naruto, it's just—"
"Then trust I will be able to do my duty and return to my people," the blonde interrupted, as he then went off into enemy territory, having full confidence that he would see his followers again.

Step. Step. Step.
Sienna and her guards watched their enemy slowly walked into the room, slowly waltzing into their domain as if he owned the place.
Such arrogance that it astounded her, but her, she could only expect such behavior from this man. From what they had heard about him, this was in character, which only fueled her suspicions that this man was who she believed.
Walking to the middle of the room, adorned in bright golden armor that hid his tan skin beneath, as a blood-red cloth hung at his waist. It was as the messenger said, his hair was indeed a bright blond, as two orange fox-like ears peaked out of it,revealing themselves to the world.
Sienna had to admit, he was rather handsome, and those black whisker-like marks across his cheeks only accentuated his wild but kingly aura…. But even still, she knew what was to come.
His cerulean eyes darted about, assessing the surrounding large, many of the guards standing readying their weapons as they pointed their spearheads towards him. Yet he still stood, uncaring of the world around him, his confidence unwavering in his path.
He spotted the flags of cat-like heads with slash marks across the faces could be seen hanging around them, a symbol of the White Fang organization, that lined the walls.
He raised his hands around him, showing them to the world and speaking aloud. "The sign of a true kind is that the doors everywhere you go open around you, Sienna, can you say the same?" He asked her, as the tiger Faunus gritted her teeth.
Standing up from her throne, she called out, "Such arrogance is expected. But what I did not expect was for you to come parading around to my domain. Your escapade ends now, golden fox," she told him angrily, but the man only laughed.
"Many have said those same empty words, I have no doubt you won't be the last," He told her arrogantly, as her guards moved closer to surround him within a circle, but still Naruto stood unwavering at such a sight.
Sienna raised her hand, as her guards stopped in their assault. "You came to challenge me by ritual?" Sienna asked.
"Of course I did," Naruto told her, before pointing a finger directly at the high leader. "For too long, you have plagued our world with your unsightly views of our people. Each and every day, you throw the fanus towards our deaths. I will not stand for it!"
He clutched at his chest, "You are unfit to be high leader, and unfit to be a king!" He declared.
"Such impudence! How dare you—" Aquino started, before he was interrupted.
"Silence!" Sienna told him in anger, only barely restraining her own anger at Naruto's words. "You think you can do better?"
Naruto shook his head, "It is not what I believe, but the people demand a rightful ruler. Day by day, night by night, the Faunus rallied under your banner come to my kingdom to serve under my rule," he informed, seeing the slight hesitation in some of the surrounding guards.
The king smirked, "Clearly I am your better."
Sienna seethed, "Your kingdom is nothing, you have nothing, I have spilled my very own blood to bring the white fang to where it stands today."
"And it will be you blood that stains the floors today," Naruto told her.
Sienna ignored his jab, as she brought out her weapon, a three bladed chain whip with various dust crystals on the ends. "Your little rebellion ends here! With your death, the White fang will only grow stronger," she declared, preparing herself for their upcoming battle.
Naruto shook his head, "That's where you're wrong, this was not a rebellion… but a revolution across the world." He told her, crossing his arms
Sienna charged, her anger finally reaching a boiling point. She moved fast, fierce, as she sent her long chain towards him.
Naruto easily dodged, as Sienna moved to kick at him, but he only pivoted away, grabbing her leg and pushing her to the ground.
She landed on all fours, using her cat-like instincts to jump high into the air, and with a twirl she sent a vicious slash with her whip towards him. One that Naruto managed to predict and easily dodge, the blade hitting the ground, hard enough to send cracks splintering all along the stone floors.
She went in close to claw him out, but that was only a diversion, as she recoiled her whip towards Naruto, aiming to slice Naruto from his side. A tactic that would have worked for many, sadly not for him.
Being fast enough to catch the whip out of the air, being careful to not grasp the blade as the chain wrapped around his arm.
He pulled... hard!
Hard enough that Sienna was pulled along with it, she made the good decision to not let go of her only weapon. But what she failed to account for was Naruto's own tenacity, as he pulled her close enough to where he could grasp and hold her by the throat.
"Y'know, I decided, I would not use my weapons to defeat you, respecting your title," The king told her, as his grip on her neck tightened. "But I find that your fighting ability is lackluster, you are unfit for such a name, High leader."
"Now I realize this fight was pointless," he stated.
Sienna's world was fading, oxygen she couldn't retain not being able to reach her brain. But as Naruto's words reached her mind, her rage fueled to new heights.
Fight or flight, the rules of Nature, she knew she had no chance of running.
Tiger-like claws burst from her fingertips.
It was on pure instinct alone that she was able to slash at the blonde with clawed fingers towards the king's chest. He was smart enough to let go, dodging her slash entirely, but luckily she did manage to escape his grasp.
As Sienna was left a heaving mess on the hard ground, gasping for breath, but even still her anger hadn't lessened.
"This fight is over, forfeit now, and I will allow you to serve under my rule," Naruto promised. "Cease your rage, stop the foolish war you brought our people into. Serve your people once more and help guide the Faunus to a better future." He told her.
"All you have to do… is kneel," he ordered sienna.
But Sienna's mind was in a haze, witness where Naruto was. He was just sitting there... on her throne!
This conceited, delusional fox bastard was sitting upon her throne! A place he had no right to sit! She had worked to give her people new meaning! She had suffered years under the rule of humans, waiting for that foolish Ghira to give her a chance to change the very system he had stupidly believed in.
It was her who gave her people a new hope, not him! Yet he still sat on the throne of the high leader.
She'd kill him! She'd rip out his throat and bathe in his blood. He was a fool for coming here, his death would only give a new rise to the white fang, her people would realize her way of thinking was right.
All she had to do was kill him.
"Don't you dare mock me!" She roared out, as she charged at Naruto once again, but he stood there on her throne!
A slash of her claws as all it took, as she would soon meet his chest and pierce cleanly through his heart. She could see it now, she was so close.
But as she was just inches away from his chest, she stopped.
"You dare try to lay your hands on a king! Such impudence," Naruto roared, stopping her assault completely.
Blood soon leaked from her mouth, as she turned slightly to witness a golden portal manifest behind her, a silver chain emerging from it.
Looking down, she recognized the blade's tip that pierced through her stomach… it was hers.
Looking back at the blond, she could see that the weapon that had previously been ensnared within his grasp was nowhere to be seen.
As the weapon within her chest faded in a shower of gold, she was soon sent tumbling to her knees.
The hole within her abdomen leaking far too much blood for her body to handle. She was left to witness the king get off of his new throne.
He lent down to whisper in her ear, his gold jewelry jingling as he did so. "Know this, the White Fang's cause will be held out, peace for the Faunus is truly attainable."
Peace? She'd like to believe it, Ghira did.
But peace wasn't what the humans wanted, they wanted war, obedience, she'd seen it. Children were dying, faunus were dying, just so humanity could live peacefully.
What kind of life was that? What kind of peace was that?
That was what the idea of peace brought, suffering for her people, she wouldn't allow it.
Sienna posed him a question, even as more blood leaked from her mouth and unimaginable pain formed when she tried to speak.
"What will you do… even as the world will be against you" she asked.
Naruto thought about it, "you mistake my intentions, Former High Leader, but our peace will not be at the cost of the lives of both sides." He told her.
"That being said…" he told her darkly, "Those that oppose my rule will perish, without mercy."
"The world I envision will be of both peace for our people, but I will not allow our people's rage to go unanswered," Naruto told her. "But it was you who refused to give up your rage for your people's torment, it clouded your vision, and that was your downfall. Know… I will not be consumed by it," he promised.
That seemed to satisfy the tiger faunus, as soon her eyes faded. Naruto forcefully closed her eyes, out of what little respect for her he had, as he then he stood up.
The white fang's guards surround him once again, each with their own aura of weariness and unease surrounding them.
"You killed her…'' a voice said in disbelief, "you actually killed her," it was the deer Faunus, Aquino, the messenger who had informed them all of this coming ordeal.
"How could you do that?! You monster? Have you no pride for your people! Have you—" his word's stopped, as he noticed a long silver chained whip piercing his stomach. The same blade that had killed his leader just seconds before.
The chain glowed with a faint red aura as if burst into yellow stardust, as well as the portal it shot out of.
He wondered how the white gang would react to their leader's death. But at the very least, he had added a new treasure to his collection, so that was something.
"As I said before, those that oppose me will fall." He told the guards.
As one dropped his spear… and then another, and another. One by one, each of the high-leader's guards dropped their weapons.
As their knees forced themselves to kneel, they all chanted. "All hail our new High leader! Lord Naruto!" They repeated.
Naruto nodded at their response, "good, now inform the rest of the white gang outposts that all of our previous activities will cease." He ordered.
"The White Fang has a new King."
Months later.
Menagerie.
A continent within the south-eastern hemisphere, the smallest continent within remnant, as it was inhabited solely by faunus.
It was given to the animal-like race right after the Great War, a way of commemorating their contributions in their efforts. The humans thought the reward was just and fair, but the Faunus saw the truth.
Two-thirds of the continent was deemed an uninhabitable desert due to the massive amounts of grim.
And yet, the people still lived there. Many Faunus moved because it was deemed the only 'Safe Haven' for their race, free from all humans.
Kuo kuana, practically the most populated and largest settlement on the entire continent. The current chieftain, or leader of the settlement, was Ghira Belladonna, the former leader of the white fang.
Stepping down nearly a decade ago, it was his decision that led to the ascension of Sienna Khan within the white fang. Changing the once peaceful organization into a now well known terrorist organization.
Many still believed it was Ghira's fault for causing the fall of such a well-intentioned organization, which left many of his people still questioning his actions to this day.
He planned to use those thoughts to force his hands.
Hundreds of Faunus walk through the market streets of Kuo kuana, each of them heading to the same location.
Faunus of all ages watched in a mixture of wonder and shock as the paraded about. The shopkeepers poked their heads out from their stands. Kids pointed in amazement as their parents held their hands in an equal shock, none of them expecting to see such a sight.
Witnessing the large blue banners the held, as they showed images of the former white fang flag, held high by their people as they paraded about.
It wasn't long before they reached their destination, as fearful-looking guards pitifully tried to keep them out.
And although none of them planned to storm inside the residence, they still had to make a show of it, and it wasn't long before their target made its presence known.
"What the hell is the meaning of this?!" A large man shouted, as they all turned their heads. Witnessing a tall, well-built man with a dark beard and yellow eyes. He wore a large blue coat and held an aura that demanded respect.
Everyone there knew his name, as this was the chieftain of Kuo kuana, Ghira Belladonna, he stood at the front of the entrance at his large home.
A figure stepped up from the front of the crowd, the same person who had been leading them along.
And it was then that Ghira realized the situation.
"So it's you," he muttered, realizing who this person was, although they had never formally met.
"That it is, chieftain, and you know why I came here?" the man in golden armor asked.
"I do," Ghira nodded. "And I can say that I won't be having any of it."
The king laughed, "Are you assuming you can just refuse? No, after you have been challenged, you must accept. If not, you will surely earn the people's scorn."
"Yeah, well, I don't care," he said as he turned away, expecting that to be the end of things, but he was wrong.
Naruto smirked, foreseeing the Situation turning out like this, and knowing what he needed to do.
"You have a missing daughter, don't you not?" Naruto asked aloud, as Ghira stopped within his tracks.
Turning back with an angry expression across his face, he shouted. "Don't you dare lay a hand on my daughter!"
Naruto waved him off, "think nothing of the sort," he told him. "I can assure you she left my organization long ago." He told him, shocking Ghira at his words.
"She has?" Ghira said in surprise.
"Yes, but as I was saying…" Naruto paused. "How do you think Blake would feel, knowing that you've once again failed the organization she had so much faith in, the organization she left your family to help."
Ghira rushed towards him, preparing to clutch onto Naruto's collar. But a few of his subordinates held their swords up, stopping the man in his place. "You keep my daughter's name out of your mouth!" He roared.
Naruto smirked, "make me… if you can," he challenged.
Ghira narrowed his cat-like eyes, "five days from now, Pan's arena," he told him, as he turned away. Uncaring of his wife's nervous eyes that watched the scene.
XXX
The ritual of the wild, battle between the alpha of the tribe and the challenger.
The strongest, smartest and fittest was the only one worthy enough to lead the rest. It was the rule of the nature, the strong lived and the weak perished, giving new life to the strong.
The Faunus lived much the same.
They wanted the best rulers, something that Ghira's grandfather had proven for himself worthy of being the chieftain. The title had then been passed down throughout the belladonna family, and it was Ghira's duty to protect his title to this day. He needed to fight for it, fight against challengers to maintain his status, it was the old way to prove himself
To participate, the challenger must have something to offer the chieftain that he viewed as equal value to his right to rule.
Naruto had offered the White fang organization, the very organization that Ghira had once led before. Many thought the offering was cheap, but at the same time it was an offering that Ghira just couldn't refuse. This was ample opportunity for Ghira to take back the very organization that desecrated his name, restoring it once more in recompense.
By the end the end of the ritual there would only one person remaining. The winner took it all, and the loser had nothing. His life was forfeit, in the hands of the Victor to do as he pleased with it.
The ritual was usually fought without weapons, dust or even semblance. Although within the recent years, the participants have been allowed Aura to help strengthen themselves as a suitable armor.
Pan arena, the unique arena that the battle took place in.
Named after the Faunus god of the wild, the one thought to be the great originator of their race. The name was meant to honor those that came before them, as well as the fallen that were laid to rest within it.
This arena was unique, built in the way that it was capable of housing the entire population within it. This battle affected the entire settlement, so it was only right that everyone would be there to watch.
The two fighters stood across from each other.
One, the chieftain, as he stood tall, towering over his opposition. He had every faith that he would win once again, that he would come out victorious. He had fought in many battles like this, he would be victorious, there was no doubt about it.
The other was the challenger, and although he stood at a much smaller stature, he stood proud, unwavering. He, too, had no doubts that he would win.
Ghira's figure was tall, experienced and his body was built for strength. Standing at a height of about 7ft.
Compared to him, Naruto was short, standing about a foot and a half shorter than the chieftain. And his body wasn't built like their leader's. His muscles were lean, compacted, and it was clear to all who would likely be the stronger of the two.
It brought many within the crowd the image of a tall tree, standing beside an even taller mountain. And not many could blame them for thinking such a way.
Even with Naruto's reputation, not many of them could see him winning in such a battle. And yet he still stood proud, unwavering and tall… He had the aura of a king.
Finally, the bell had been rung, and the battle had been started.

(High up in the stands)
Kali watched with nervous eyes, her yellow catlike pupils darting about between the two opponents, having been situated in a private room that Ghira had allowed her to say within.
Sure, Ghira had faced many opponents before this boy, many of which having been stronger and with more grand reputations. But they had all proven to be the inferior between the two, having paid the price between them.
Of course, her husband didn't kill them, Ghira would never do something like that. But they did end up leaving with their tails between their legs.
But there was something about this one, something that she couldn't quite shake off. It unnerved her. She tried to talk to Ghira about it, but in the end he didn't listen. He couldn't listen, he had already accepted the challenge and the backlash would be immense. The people were already losing faith in Ghira's rule, if he backed out now, he would never hear the end of it.
Ghira argued that by defeating this boy it would help with public support, although she wasn't too sure about that.
She was too engrossed in her thoughts that she only barely registered the tall, muscled Faunus knelt down before her.
"My lady, there is a dark-haired male who requested an audience," one of her guards informed, something that Ghira had insisted on. "What would you like me to do with him?" He asked.
What? She didn't remember anybody who would fit that description, at least not one that would want to request to see her at this time.
Deciding to see how this would turn out, she told him with the flick of her hands. "Send him in," Kali gave her order, as the guard went off.
It wasn't long before the Faunus came back, surrounded by another one of her guards, as they escorted the boy in question inside.
He was a hawk Faunus, with beading eyes that darted around in all directions. He was fairly handsome, she would admit, although he had an unwelcoming aura, one that would push off most girls that went after him.
The boy wore a long-sleeved, high collared, gray shirt that was open slightly to reveal his chest. Wearing a set of dark blue pants under a blue cloth that was tied by a light purple rope.
He was undoubtedly a warrior; although he was missing the blue chokuto she had seen him with, it likely having been taken by her guards before entering here.
The boy bowed slightly, "Lady Belladonna, my name is Sasuke Uchiha, I am assuming you are aware of whom I am affiliated with," he told her.
Kali nodded, "Yes, I remember you were standing by the 'golden king's' side," she recalled, using one of the nicknames she had heard Naruto referred as.
"That I was," Sasuke affirmed before he explained why he was here. "I had previously spotted your trepidation with this battle, and I was asked by my king himself to help shed some light upon the matter."
Kali raised an eyebrow, "Oh? Does your king believe that I do not have faith in my own husband?" She accused.
Sasuke only shook his head, "No, he knows of your position as a loving wife. But your husband is fighting in a battle that could very well lead to his death. My king realized that it's only natural to feel slightly anxious during these times." He stated.
"Does he now?" Kali asked, processing this information.
"Yes. My lady, may I take a seat?" Sasuke questioned, motioning to the empty seat beside her, one that Ghira usually sat upon.
Kali thought about it, this very well may have been some ploy. It was indeed possible that Naruto Uzumaki had sent this boy as a way of Insurance to gain leverage over her husband.
While that scenario was indeed possible, she highly doubted it, if such a plot had ever been unmasked, and it likely would, given how populated the area was at the moment, the golden fox's rule would be over before it even began.
Besides, her guards were right next to her, and she knew they would put her safety above all else. The likelihood of an assassination plot was indeed very low.
"Very well," she told him, as he sat beside her.
The two watched in silence as the fight began. As they watched the two circle one another, testing the waters to see if they could find an opening.
"You seem nervous," Sasuke pointed out, and indeed she was.
Sitting upon the edge of her seat, she watched as her husband went in to strike with a powerful punch, one that Naruto had seemingly dodged with ease.
The boy having removed his chest piece to give him even more maneuverability, showing off his tanned, muscular physique and dark-red tattoos across his torso.
As he dodged, he went out for a counterattack, something which her husband dodged as they both backed off, waiting for another opportunity for an opening.
"It's just as you said, Ghira is my foolish husband, why shouldn't I be?" Kali asked, throwing in a slight jab at her husband for the fact that even at her behest this match was even happening.
"I suppose you're right," Sasuke conceded, "but you don't have to be," he assured.
"And why not," Kali asked, a small amount of her spite seeping through her voice.
"Because Naruto knows what he's doing," Sasuke stated in assurance.
Kali raised an eyebrow, "you seem to have faith in your 'king,' why?" She asked, noticing that there wasn't a hint of hesitation in his voice, as if he stated that very phrase 100 times before.
"Of course I do, what kind of subordinate does not have any loyalty to his leader?" He reasoned, the very concept of something otherwise not being imaginable within his mind.
Kali frowned lightly, thinking about her husband's growing unrest within his people. She pushed those thoughts aside, she quickly changed the subject.
"Your king seems to be quite skilled," she commented, watching the match before her.
This time, Naruto went on the offensive, throwing a vicious combo toward Ghira as he husband blocked his assault with his forearms. As he used the opportunity to throw a powerful kick towards Ghira's legs, luckily the tall man had been able to stand strong, counter attacking with a mean right hook that Naruto only barely dodged as the blonde backed off.
Sasuke smirked slightly, "that he is," he said in recollection.
"It's been said that he traveled the far corners of mistral and menagerie, defeating as many people as he did so, myself included, and not once have I seen him lose a battle," Sasuke informed, as Kali was trying to remember what she had heard about the boy, what the hawk Faunus said sounding somewhat familiar.
"Is that so?" Kali asked."and what did he do to the people he defeated?" She asked, a bit of her unease leaking through her voice.
Sasuke, noticing the woman's nervousness, chuckled slightly, "well, I think it's safe to say that he didn't kill all of them, otherwise I wouldn't be here," he commented, happy that he was alive, his hawk-like eyes watching the match in intense detail.
Ghira attacked once again, this time his attacks became more and more ferocious. Naruto tried to dodge them, but the increasing frequency of the man's attacks left no room for an opening.
Eventually, Naruto wasn't able to keep up, as she watched her husband deliver a devastating punch, one that Naruto tried to block with his forearms. But even as he blocked, the immense strength of the strike had sent him careening back.
… And yet Naruto still stood tall, even as his legs slid across the hard stone floor.
XXX
(Within the arena)
"Young quite good," Naruto commented, But as he once again stood tall, seemingly uninjured by the whole ordeal.
Ghira tisked, slightly angry that the boy had shielded his devastating blow with his own aura. Although he did take note that the aura he lost would likely help him out in the future.
Naruto rolled his shoulders, "it seems I may need to actually get serious," he noted.
Ghira looked confused at this statement, but his eyes quickly widened. Naruto sped towards him, at speeds faster than he had before. As Ghira tried to strike him with a strong haymaker, Naruto dodged easily. Ducking under the blow he landed a hard strike to Ghira's muscles chest, his own green aura flickering as it did so.
Ghira backed off, not liking the idea that he had just taken a direct hit like that so easily. But this time he was ready, preparing for Naruto to once again go on the offensive.
Even as he saw Naruto get close, it seemed he was just a little too slow, as Naruto still managed to dodge his strikes.
He backed off, not wanting to get hit again and potentially lose his aura. But Naruto was unrelenting, he blocked with his forearms. Even still, his arms recoiled from the blows.
He tried to strike once again, but he just wasn't quite able to land another hit. Naruto was just too fast, delivering a flurry of blows that seemed to be unending.
That's when Naruto delivered a strong haymaker towards Ghira's face… as his green aura broke off, his head was forcefully turned to the side.
As he slowly turned his head back, he watched as Naruto was just standing there, smirking all the while. It unnerved him to no end that he was just standing there, proud, as he allowed him to recover from the blow.
That anger fueled him as he fought with even more ferocity. But even with his enhanced speed, he wasn't able to even graze the boy.
A strong punch was dodged, a strong kick was evaded, his jabs her parried, and his swipes were ducked.
It angered him, because all the while he continued to have that smirk across his face. He wasn't even using the opportunities he'd given him to counterattack. As if this battle was just sheer entertainment for him.
It was as if the boy had full confidence that he would win the battle.
It was like a battle between animals. A tale as old as time; canines battling felines, a fox verses a panther.
The cunning and evasive fox was able to evade the powerful and ferocious attacks of the wild Panther.
The fox was unwilling to lay a hand upon the fox for fear of ending their playful game. Meanwhile, the panther's rage grew more and more, but every time he was just slow enough to not be able to catch the canine.
That was, until…
Bam!
The game was ended.
A devastating punch was sent right into Ghira's chest. And then another, and another, and another. Faster than the Panther Faunus could react, his body just couldn't take it. His legs gave out just for a second, as he was sent kneeling upon the ground.
But even as Ghira tried to attack once more, a harsh armored kick was sent his way. As the chieftain was sent to the floor, unable to get up, shocking the croup.
Something that even Naruto seemed surprised by.
"What's this, chieftain of Kuo kuana, former high leader of the white gang, you fail to impress me," The king stated, unsatisfied by the fight they had just had.
"You will die here," Naruto told him, as he once again sent a vicious kick to the chieftain's side. "You people will see how pitiful you have become." Another kick to the chest.
"Your rule will cease," another. "Your people will watch you die," and another. "Your life will have amounted to nothing," A final blow was sent to to the panther's body, as he was nearly sent into blissful unconsciousness, never to wake again.
"Your wife will watch you perish," Naruto stated, and that was the statement that forced Ghira's eyes opened.
"Kali will grow old, and alone, as you weren't there to look after her." His yellow eyed slitted in anger.
"Your daughter will walk down the aisle without a father there to comfort her," his fingertips grew claws.
"Will you allow all this?" Naruto asked. "I honestly hoped you would prove to be better. But I see now that you wish for this future to come… now die!" he said, as he aimed a harsh kick towards the panther's face.
Ghira heard something, it was a light whisper, a sound so faint it only barely reached his ears. As a near silent plea made itself known…
"Ghira… please," it said.
"Enough!" Ghira roared in anger, speaking for the first time within the match, as the crowd gasped.
As he leapt up to slash towards the fox. The king's eyes widened in surprise, astounded by the chieftains powerful legs that were able to push him across at such speeds.
But even still he was able to dodge, as another swipe was sent towards him, this time too fast for Naruto to react, as his golden aura flared out.
He clawed at him once again, Naruto's golden jewelry rattled as he dodged.
But the sheer ferocity of the strikes would have been enough to overwhelm most people, and many of them saw that Naruto was not much better.
He managed to dodge a few of his claw strikes, but they just kept coming. Naruto's aura protected him from any major wounds, leaving many to wonder just how much aura the boy had?
They watched as a smirk grew across Ghira's face, as he sent his claws outward to pierce his heart, knowing that if his blow landed, many of them knew this would be the end.
And as his claws were just a hair's breadth away from his skin…
Blood flew through the air.

(Earlier In the stands)
Seeing the battle, Kali watched in horror as her husband was struck down. Her horror, only rising when she heard the boy–No! She could never call him a boy again after this display– the king's words, as he attacked her husband once more.
This should be like this, she didn't… she didn't want to watch her husband die like this.
But her body refused to move.
Would she die alone? Would Blake walk down the aisle without a father? That was if they ever got to see her again.
A faint whisper erupted from her lips, "Ghira… please," she pleaded.
It was the that the tides seemed to change, Ghira had gotten back up! She didn't know how, but somehow her husband had been able to overcome her injuries and fight on.
… Bam!
And then Naruto struck, delivering a punch so fast across Ghira's face that not many of them could register. They only saw that Ghira's body landed upon the floor as he was sent into blissful unconsciousness.
Naruto stalked towards his enemy, many of them seeing as if he were ready to finish things off.
She rose from her seat, intent on stopping things, but Sasuke was faster. As the young hawk-faunus blocked her path as he raised his arms outward, acting as an impenetrable wall.
Turning her head in anger, she looked towards her guards, and they extended their weapons outward to block each of their paths.
"Amal, Lucas! What is the meaning of this?!" She asked her guards, as they turned their heads.
"I'm sorry my lady, but Ghira has strictly asked us to stop you from interfering, even if it resulted in his death," one of them relayed their orders.
Kali's anger spiked, her husband was going to get it… if he survived.
"What? I'm his wife, you should—" Kali started, before she was interrupted.
"You don't have to worry, lady belladonna," Sasuke assured, as they all turned their heads to meet him. "Naruto knows what he is doing," he told them, as the fox stalked their prey.

(With Naruto)
The fox slowly walked towards the downed man, taking his time as he did so. Although with the short distance between them, it didn't take long for him to reach the sleeping panther.
He positioned his golden armored leg just inches from the man's head, as many of them thought he was about to strike the man down once again.
He raised his foot, and then…
"This fight is over," he sighed.
The king turned towards his audience, raising his hands outward as he did so. "People of Menagerie, my brothers and sisters, do not condemn your former ruler for giving in to his beastly nature!" He told them, as he saw many of them had grown uneasy with Ghira's rule.
"It was the Will of the wild– No! The will of Pan that gave him strength." The king corrected. "It was that will to protect, the will to protect his family that gave him strength," he explained
"It was that same will that gave him the allowed him to lead our people for all these years," Naruto told them, a hint of admiration in his voice.
"Surely, such a man should not be struck down today, he should walk with us, talk with us! Live on with his family for many more years to come. Surely you all see that?" The fox defended.
"And that is why I say… this fight is over!" Said once again, as he walked away from the former chieftain's sleeping body just enough for the paramedics to come… as well as his worried wife that stood at his side.
Naruto placed a hand on her shoulder, leaning in to whisper in the cat-faunus's ear. "Do not worry, Lady Belladonna, your family will be able to eat at the table together, I assure you of it," he promised.
"Thank you," Kali said, tears welling up in her eyes, grateful for the man sparing her husband's life.
"Think nothing of it," he told her, as they then carted Ghira's body off.
…as Naruto overlooked his people once more.
One year later.
Chaos.
Complete and utter chaos, that was the only was to describe what lay outside. As hoards of Beowolves and Ursa pillaged the streets of vale, feasting upon each and every citizen they could find. Murders of nevermores terrorized the skies as they either swooped down to catch their prey or attacked the various drop-ships from atlas in the clouds. Fires spread across the buildings and pavements, devouring and devastating all that lay within their path. The Atlesian Knights, said to be the next common protectors around the world, built within the forges of the technologically advanced kingdom of Atlas. But now? They attacked and gunned down people with no remorse.
This… this was chaos. What kind of monster would do this? Who was responsible for such a slaughter?
It sickened her to her very core.
"Running away again?" A voice asked within the ruins of a church-like building she had taken residence in. "Is that what you've become, my love? A coward!" It mocked.
Her yellow cat-like eyes widened as they recognized the voice. "Why… why are you doing this," she demanded, witnessing the devastation her people committed.
"You and I were going to change the world, remember," the male's voice recalled. "We were destined to light the fires of revolution!" He told her, and that's when she was him.
His black and red coat and pants, his blood-red hair that was slicked back, his bull-like horns that lay on top of his head. And that grim-like mask he'd worn to cover his eyes; she knew what lay beneath. Yes, this was undoubtedly him… Adam Taurus.
And currently, he was standing atop a man, a human, his wilt and blush at the ready to strike him down as his foot slammed down to hold him in place.
"Consider this the spark," he finished, as his chokutō blade lowered to meet the human's chest.
She couldn't help it, she had to do something, as she sped across the room to meet Adam, interlocking her blade with his own as she did so.
"I'm not running," she told him filled with resolve, sparks flying between the metals of their blades as she did so.
"You will," Adam promised, kicking her down to the ground.
It was then that an ursa came charging into the building. Seeing her downed figure, it could only feel the slight joy as it's hollowed instincts took over, and it ran full charge at her. Intent to devour her whole, it only stopped as a powerful gunshot met it head as it tumbled back towards the ground, it disappeared into black dust not long after.
Blake watched in surprise as Adam lowered the scabbard of his blade, where the gun bullet had come from.
"But not before you suffer for your betrayal, my love." He told her, walking towards her downed figure.
She tried to get up, but every time he knocked her back down. She didn't know many times they repeated this cycle, but she did know that she ended up severely bruised because of it.
"This could have been our day! Can't you see that!" Adam pleaded angrily.
Even so, she didn't back down, she refused to believe in such a world.
"I never wanted all of this! I wanted equality, I wanted peace!" she told him, but to no avail as Adam's decisions didn't waiver
Luckily, she managed to keep gambol shroud within her grip. Transforming it into her gun form, she fired several shots towards her ex-comrade and former boyfriend.
But Adam only blocked the bullets with the strong allow of his blade.
"What you want is impossible!" He screamed, as he sheathed his sword once again, slamming the hard scabbard right onto her face.
Blake cried out in pain as she was forced to the ground once more.
"But I understand," Adam told her, in a much calmer voice she before. "Because all I want is you, Blake."
She raised her gun, but he only kicked her hand to the side.
Blake watched as his tall figure stood before her, his anger rising once more. "And as I set out onto this world to deliver the justice mankind so greatly deserves, I will make it my mission to destroy everything you love," Adam told her, leaning down to meet her at eye level.
It was then that she turned in horror, seeing her partner fighting just outside, searching for her, calling out for her.
"Blake! Blake! Where are you?" Yang called out to her, as she fired a bullet straight towards another beowolf that had charged at her from her gauntlets.
A devil-like smirk swept it way across Adam's face. "… starting with her," he finished, as he pulled out his wilt and stabbed the tip of his blade across her stomach. As much as she tried to stop it, a cry of pain erupted from her lips.
And it was only then that Yang spotted her, much to Blake's sheer terror.
"Get away from her!" Yang yelled in rage, spotting her teammate's downed figure.
And all she could do to stop it was watch with bated breath and attempt to reach out a tired hand.
A hollow shout erupted from her lips, "no, please… don't!" She pleaded, it only coming out a faint whisper, much quieted than she would have ever hoped. She knew Yang didn't even stand a chance.
But her pleads were to deaf ears, as Yang activated her semblance, her golden blonde hair turning red-hot as her purple lilac eyes were slit with a blazing fire.
With a war cry, she charged, using her Ember Celica to launch her even further. Adam prepared his weapon, as their clash met…
A severed arm flew through the air.
It was Adam's, as a flying golden blade severed it completely, keeping its flight path as it embedded itself within the hard ground.
Adam's right arm dropping to the ground, it having been severed through completely, his sword within his grip as it did so.
Yang slammed her fist straight into the bull-faunus's face, as he was sent careening back, slamming into the wall.
All of them were left surprised at this turn of events, Blake more so.
The golden blade on the floor dissolved into a shower of golden stardust.
"I apologize for my tardiness, I had not foreseen things would end up this way, and I needed to prepare my men to properly handle this transgression," a voice said, as he revealed himself
A man revealed himself, his golden armor shining in the surrounding flames, his hair not too dissimilar, even his skin, tanned just enough that it blended in with his attire. The only thing that contrasted were his bright blue cerulean eyes that looked about in all directions. As well as the bright orange fox-like ears that were held atop his head
He held himself tall, prideful even, and she didn't know why, but the aura he gave off was one of royalty, no… a king, she corrected. Her very instincts screamed out that this young man was a king, an alpha.
Blake didn't know who he was… a huntsman perhaps? She didn't know, but all she was thankful for his interference, because without him Yang would have surely gotten severely injured.
The heavy metals of the protection he wore making noise as he walked towards her downed form. He leaned down and helped her sit up straight, seeing the small pool of blood she had been laying in, as he did so.
"Blake Belladonna," he called her by name, something that shocked the dark haired girl.
"He didn't hurt you too much, did he?" The man in gold armor asked in concern.
Blake shook her head, something within her body commanding her to answer this young man. "I'm fine, just a few bruises and cuts," she told him, before she clutched her stomach in pain, right where Adam had stabbed her.
Naruto seemed to notice this, and extended his hand outward.
Yang's mind, which had been stuck trying to process the turn of events, finally rebooted, as she went off to her partner's side.
"What are you doing to her—!" Yang shouted, charging at the young man as she did so. Before she was then interrupted, as his words stopped her in her tracks.
"Cease your foolishness at once!" He commanded, extending his palm towards her, and for some reason Yang listened.
As he summoned a small portal near his hands and a material formed within his palms… a set of bandages.
He wrapped it around her abdomen, tying it tight as to stop the bleeding, as a faint green glow emanated from the material. And for some reason she couldn't comprehend, it was almost as if all the pain she had felt had melted away.
"This cloth belonged to a woman who had a very particular semblance, one that allowed her to speed up the natural aura healing process in others, as well as for herself. That is why you may be feeling some of its effects right now," he informed, answering her unasked question.
Blake nodded, although she didn't really understand how these bandages managed to retain such a powerful ability. But she didn't have a chance to ask her question, as it was at that moment that the man abruptly stood up.
Walking towards Adam's downed figure, it was then that Yang managed to snap herself out of whatever haze she had been put in.
"Blake!" Yang said, as she rushed towards her partner, although she was still a little disoriented from the amount of blood she lost.
As the blond then turned to the golden man. "What the hell did you do to me?!" Yang demanded to know the answer; was it some kind of weird semblance he had?
Naruto slightly turned his head towards her, only barely registering her presence. Although he did answer her question, "that was merely the orders of a king, it is only natural that the people will follow them," he told her, before their other occupant made his presence known.
"I refuse… I refuse to believe you are a king!" A voice said, as they all turned their heads to the owner.
Adam had somehow managed to drag himself out of the wall. He was even able to retrieve his fallen sword from off the ground, using it to help him stand up straight.
His arm was severed, his mask had been cracked, it falling down his face as his scars were revealed to the world. But even with all the damage he'd received his spirit never waiver.
He would never accept this man as high leader! Even at his dying breath.
"Your refusal to believe is only a testament to your ignorance. You refuse to believe reality and that will be your downfall, mongrel," Naruto called him.
"Shut up!" Adam shouted in anger. "You don't know what the hell it's like!"
"You know nothing of our people's pain! Of the suffering our people go through each and every day!" Before a thought entered Adam's mind. "You think you're so perfect, don't you? But I know the truth, I see past your facade. You're just like the humans, believing yourself so superior!"
"I will never acknowledge you as high leader, never!" He shouted, but the bull-fanus's anger only rose as he did so. Because as he stared at Naruto, his face never changed, as cool blue orbs only stared at him with apathy with a neutral face.
Before a small smirk crept itself across Naruto's face. "Are you done, swine?" He asked, as that was the final straw for Adam.
As he charged forth, aiming his blade with his only hand as he intended to strike. Using up every last bit of the energy he had stored up as he did so.
And yet he still looked at him with those eyes!
As if he were better than everyone else! As if he were better than him! He'd never accept it, never accept him. He hated that look in his eyes and hated him even more, he'd never allow his people to follow such a man, even if he had to kill him for that to happen.
Slashing his sword, using his semblance, Moonslice, to deliver a blow that would surely sever a person in two.
And yet he didn't even flinch! He just looked at him with those prideful eyes.
Clang.
Metal hit metal, as a golden axe appeared between them, it absorbing the powerful blow he had unleashed without a scratch, something that surprised all those within the room.
"You think someone like you could actually lay a hand on me? Ha!" Naruto laughed. "It appears I've allowed your farce to go on for far too long," the blonde king told him. It was then that a few small portals manifested behind the bull-fanus. As two daggers launched themselves into Adam's heels.
The rouge white fang member collapsed to the ground as Naruto's ax disappeared. A cry of pain emanating from Adam's lips, "ack!"
Golden chains wrapped upon his body, tying him in place.
"You are not worthy to gaze upon me," Naruto told him. "A filthy worm like you should face the ground."
It was then that Adam realized what position he was forced into… he was kneeling!
"I refuse to—" Adam tried to speak out, before chains wrapped around his mouth, silencing him.
"Who gave you permission to speak?" Naruto mocked. "As I was saying," he continued, summoning a portal right in front of Adam's head.
Slowly, a sword appeared before him, ready to strike.
"Crawl upon the ground… and die—!" He shouted, before its voice made itself known once again.
"Wait, Stop!" Blake shouted, using Yang to prop herself up as she did so. Her words surprising them all, Adam's eyes widening in shock at her interference.
Naruto raised an eyebrow, "Oh, and why should I? This beast has proven to be a rather large thorn in my side, not to mention nearly destroying all the kingdom of vale," he reasoned. "He must pay compensation for his actions
Blake took a deep breath, and continued. "While it's true he's done some terrible atrocities, he still needs to stand trial, to be judged for his actions," she pleaded. That was the least she could do, even with all the horrible things he'd done.
Did he not deserve the same just that she'd advocated for?
Naruto thought about it, before an uproar of laughter erupted from his lips. "Ha! And here I thought you were letting your former feelings cloud your judgment," he laughed, before he turned back to his prisoner.
"Unfortunately—"
Squelch.
"This man has no future to look forward to," Naruto finished, as the blade he had positioned fired, cutting clean through Adam's face, piercing his brain, killing him instantly.
Blood and brain brain matter scattered throughout the air, none staining Naruto's golden only recalled his treasures, as they disappeared in a shower of golden aura. As Adam's headless body was unceremoniously dropped onto the floor.
Leaving both Yang and Blake surprised as his actions, as the man hadn't even flinched killing a person.
He silently made his way towards the door, passing by wilt and blush on the floor as he did so. Not even bothering to store the weapon within his vault of treasures.
"Buuuurrrrggg!" Yang vomiting at the display. Blake wasn't that much better, although she was able to keep herself together just enough so that she wasn't left like her teammate. Her having seen similar things, albeit to a lesser extent, during her time in the white gang.
She felt angry.
Despite all that Adam had done to her she still felt angry. She didn't know why, perhaps she still has some lingering feels for the boy?
No, she knew that couldn't be further from the truth, so why was she so angered by this man's display, his willingness to kill at a moment's notice.
"I've already sent one of my most trusted men to beacon academy, and the rest of my people I brought her should be helping your huntsmen face the grim, get to safety and this will all be over soon," Naruto told them, as he went to exit.
Blake was the first to snap out of her stupor, as she rushed to chase after Naruto, asking him the questions that had been plaguing her mind as she did so.
"W-Why? Who are you? Why did you help us?" She demanded, as Naruto turned around with a faint smirk.
Extending his hand, he told her, completely ignoring her first question. "It appears you do not know my name, of which I am known by many; The golden king, the man with many riches, the King of Menagerie, but you, Blake, I shall graciously allow you to call me..."
"Naruto Uzumaki!" He introduced, as he turned around and departed from the building, leaving the black haired cat-girl stunned once again. Although the king did throw her one final note before he left.
"As for why I helped you?… what king wouldn't want to help his queen?" He told her, as he left, leaving her stunned.
Not letting her speak another word he walked towards the castle-like building, it wasn't long before he saw the large purple skeleton of his only friend break through the large building.
XXX
"Pyyyyyyrrrrrrhhhhhhaaaaa" a young silver-eyed girl shouted.
As soon, the world was bathed in light.
When the light dissipated, only two figures were left standing.
One, was a dark haired woman wearing a red dress, only she was writhing in pain, clutching onto her right arm as her right eye leaked blood.
The other, he was a man in golden armor, as the young dark haired girl feel to the floor, passing out from the exertion.
Naruto frowned, he had hoped to get here in time, but it seemed he had been a little too late.
A dark haired young man made his presence known, as he knelt down before his king.
"Report," Naruto ordered.
"Ozpin is safe, I had managed to use my semblance to save him from the falling debris, although his body and aura had been heavily strained, I had to take him to a safe place to recover," Sasuke retold him of the events. "I'm sorry, Pyrrha Nikos's death is my fault," he said with his head low.
Naruto shook his head, "No, as far as I'm concerned, Ozpin was the more important target to protect," He told him. "Although Pyrrha Nikos is an unfortunate loss, there will always be casualties in war, that cannot be helped." Besides, if anyone was to blame, it would be him.
"You may rise," Naruto told him, as Sasuke did so.
They watched the events before them, this girl's use of her silver eyes was impressive, although he could tell that her use of her eyes was amateur at best.
"It seems the false maiden is recovering," Naruto stated, eyeing Cinder, who was limping over to the side in some effort to escape this place.
"Deal with her," Naruto ordered, as Sasuke unsheathed his sword and went after her.
Naruto turned himself and eyed the frozen dragon-like beast before them. It had been petrified but the girl's use of her silver eyes, but he could tell that the grim was still alive. And that just wouldn't do.
Sighing, he raised his hand, a large golden portal forming in front of the wyvern. The dragon was soon pierced by a mighty spear, it piercing through the grim completely as the dragon soon crumbled to dust.
Beacon couldn't recover if there was a large sleeping beast above their heads after all.
Naruto turned back, seeing as Sasuke once again came forward, kneeling as he did so, his order having been carried out.
He held something within his hands. Naruto observed it, if he remembered correctly, this maiden had the ability to form ebony glass with but the flick of her hands, so it made sense.
Taking the glass within his hands, it lit up in a shower of gold and red as he channeled his semblance within it.
And it wasn't long after that Sasuke could see Naruto's own eyes lit up with orange flames, similar to what he had seen from cinder just moments before.
Naruto sealed the glass within his gate, as the glow within his eyes shortly after disappeared.
Signaling for his subordinate to rise, he did so, watching from the top of beacon they could see the destruction that lay before them. Grim still terrorized the streets, even with his own white fang members defeating many of them. He could tell that they still had a lot of work to do.
Yes… There was a lot of work to be had for a king.
The End.
