My story being released in a LT3 anthology is coming out on June 15th. I'm not promoting this anthology or advocating that anyone buy it because of the shitty way they treated me for over a year and a half (and probably all the other authors involved too), and I'm making my story available to any Patron at any tier that wants it. ONLY my story, not the entire anthology or anyone else's story. Because technically they already breached my contract and I could easily ask for my rights back, but instead I am doing this.

If you still want to buy the entire anthology (it's Villians, Inc.), go for it. But if you just want to read my story, comment on this post (best way to do it) or shoot me a message on Patreon or an email, and I will send you a copy of it on June 15th. It'll be a PDF copy and it's actually gotten another round of edits than the version that's in the anth, and is probably better written.

You can look at the anthology here, and even read a couple paragraphs of my story which they inexplicably used as part of the excerpt, to see if it sounds interesting to you (specifically my story is about superheroes/villains and politics).

I'd love to read it! I'm sorry that you had such a horrible experience with this publishing company.

dominoKEI

I would like to read it! I bet your next publishing experience will be much better.

Put me down to read this story! It sucks that you had a bad experience with lt3. I used to love them when they were just starting out. Sad to hear that you had the kind of treatment you did. Your work is fabulous. Keep being awesome.

I'd love to read it! Would it help you (and the other authors) any if people bought the anthology? I never know how much of the price actually goes to the authors...

Teromain

We've already been paid a flat rate (we get no royalties from it) so it doesn't affect us financially at all. That's because it's an anthology

Lucia Pröll

I see. Sorry, I really don't know anything about his publishing works.

Teromain

That's fine, it all works differently depending on what and who is publishing ! But yeah, the only thing you'd be giving money to is LT3, which is why I'm not promoting the anth myself.

Jax

I'd like to read the story! :D

Alex

I would love to read it!! And hopefully your next publishing experience will be worlds better!

Brianna

I would definitely like to see the further edited version, although I did end up buying it because the other authors deserve a chance to win over a new reader (and I am a sucker for hero/villain stories).

Teromain

Yeah definitely, I wouldn't want to take the opportunity for an author to reach more people away, which is why I'm not actively telling people not to buy it, I'm just not promoting it, and if someone wanted to read only my story then this way they don't have to buy the whole thing if they don't want to. I definitely don't want to hurt other authors but I don't think LT3 deserves to be rewarded for how they handled this anth.

Teromain

Yeah it feels like they've slipped downhill a lot; with the way they handled this I'm surprised they're still a functioning business. Super unprofessional. Maybe they still put out good content but behind the scenes is a mess. And thank you!

Brianna

Agree 100%. Sounds like they definitely need to work on professionalism. I understand that we're all human and stuff happens, but transparency and communication go a long way. Hopefully your next story is handled by a better editor.

I'd like a copy...
