that yelena stare was because she had put two and two together that armin was lying to her earlier about how he fully supported the euthanization plan, and seemed motivated by it, but as of now he stated that they had to do this and that they were “out of options” which made yelena see he was lying, but yet she knew he was still needed to continue the plan which is why she had to go back to normal

To answer your question about the Titan care of Zeke. Pure titans are mindless and only eat humans in hopes of eating someone like Eren or Zeke who can transform. The titan that helped Zeke was an Eldian who drank Zekes spinal fluid meaning Zeke could control it (thanks to his royal blood)
