I'm more inclined for the short ones, personally. That said, a few of my favorites are the hour long ones. Just not as easy to re-enjoy them in that format, in my honest opinion

Personally, 40-50 minutes is the sweet spot for me to fall asleep with a single audio.

I would say that if the script is good and you wanna do it, it makes sense to make a long audio. But long audios can always been broken down into shorter ones as well. I usually listen to these when relaxing or sleeping in which case my sleep timer is on 1 hour. Basically, I'm down for alternating.
