Sliders!

- at egscomics

The character creation kind, not the travel between dimensions kind. Someone will get that reference in 2024, right? No? Not even me? I do feel a little confused by it somehow.

Commentary

I told Minion he should go do whatever for a while I played around with character creation sliders, but I get the feeling he just sat around waiting for something to go wrong instead.

I mean, he was right, but he should have more faith in me.

... and now I'm off to see what Jerry O'Connell has been up to over the last 25 or so years

Changer

Honestly? I would also make this mistake...

Daydreamed more times than I can count about getting access to sliders like these. Sometimes for trans reasons, sometimes for pervert reasons.

Ah the slider giveth the slider maketh the face look off for some imperceptible reason until all your attempts to fix it leaves you looking like the mutant from the goonies, and you end up just using default face 5 and giving them green eyes

Bastiandantilus

That's one sensitive slider. Anyway I understood that reference.

Opus the Poet

Sliders was only 29 years ago plenty of people from back then are still alive today.

Digital_Boy

Jeebus, PLEEZE!, impliment this right now!

Dani

if i was given access to body modifying slider like these i'm fairly sure i would make the same mistake. the temptation is too great :3

So I just discovered! Might have to check it out then... I've heard good things about it anyways.

At least minion is allowed to tell you he told you so.

"Same planet - different dimensions!" I was really into Sliders for a while, back in the day. For the first season I was trying to catch all the new episodes on their first airings. That didn't last though, and by sometime in the third season I basically gave up watching the show, though I've seen a few later episodes.

Wouldn't "looooooonnnnger!!!!" be for a below-the-waist slider for male avatars? Sorry, sorry. (not sorry)
