Strategic Feline Planning

- At egscomics

Step 1: See a bird. Step 2: Make sounds that totally sound like a bird. Step 3: Catch bird.

Commentary

Making this comic was legitimately helpful, and I really should do more brainstorming like this just in general.

I think an issue some people have when brainstorming (me, I have this issue) is that they're overly concerned with the quality of what's brainstormed, but like, just toss it out there. Don't treat it like a joke, but it's not even a rough draft. It's a rough draft of ideas that might become the basis for plans that could then be refined into the basis for a rough draft.

Ideas you're not sure about can totally be on there, particularly since they might lead to other trains off thought that will pay off (assuming the original idea isn't better than first thought).

An anthro-cat with a bare midriff is cruel. Even if she doesn't attack over a belly rub, she keeps admirers guessing.

Ugh - I still remember a "brainstorming" session at my former place of work, where everything "brainstormed" was promptly etched into steel as a vital problem that needed to be addressed.

And fangs!

Belly rubs are indeed a privilege. Your conclusion is sound. Carry on. Oh, and Minion? Keep a stock of iodine and bandages on hand for those who presume too much.

I deeply appreciate the inclusion of both napping *and* sleeping. :)
