Fallout 4 - Revy Top - exclusive access (Patreon)

*NOTE*- when I release stuff, it's usually standalone but this requires the Revy Jeans released previously to work. Since I knew I was going to make this when I made the jeans, I've named things with the intent of having a single plugin for the whole outfit. Install those first, then install and overwrite with this release after.- this top was also made with the Revy holster in mind. It's not needed for this release to function properly on a technical level, but visually, the folds and wrinkles on the cloth are made to be used in conjunction with that.
