Mid-Week Progress Report (+ a few screenshots) (Patreon)

Progress for the next update is coming along nicely.

Early patrons will get to see the coming Monday a relatively-long story scene involving Mary, Kendo and Erina. Yeah, Erina. And the "true" version of Erina's prior sex scene (with added animations, a different conclussion, etc.)

I hinted at one last corruption stage for Mary and this scene serves a big purpose towards achieving it, as well as giving one last bit of information on Kendo's backstory and his relationship with Satoshi's dad.

Other than that, I think I'll add a new Mary scene, and a new Rin scene. I finally settled on a good direction for her story and I have her next 2-3 scenes drafted. Will try to get her up to speed with the other heroines, as I need them all to be at around the same stage before the next big plot beat.

This also means I deviated a bit from the roadmap I posted a while back, so I'll be making one soon after the 0.3.3 full release.

By the way, I checked the current length of the story, if anybody's curious about it, calculated based on total words in dialogue blocks (narration and character dialogue):

Total word count as of now: 217,627 words

As for which characters have had the most dialogue, based on dialogue blocks:

Mary has 8,491 blocks if dialogue

Kendo has 6,958 blocks of dialogue

Satoshi has 2,473 blocks of dialogue... but there are 4,424 narration blocks, and most of them belong to him

They are all followed by Erina and Natsuki, who have around 1,700 each, and Hanako, who has 1,100 (she is a quiet girl).

Surprisingly, Yoshi stands at around 700 dialogue blocks, above Shizuka and Rin who both have around 600 (but this is due to their late arrival to the story). I suspect Arato will overtake him soon enough.

And finally... Dude 1 and Dude 2 both have 23 lines of dialogue each.
