Got WWE 2K25 wrestler mods you love? This tool converts them to WWE 2K26 for you. Pick the folder, press Convert, bake.

WHAT IT DOES

• Converts the wrestler model, skeleton and skin weights to the 2K26 format

• Rebuilds the materials and carries over the hide masks

• Converts hair physics, so hair swings and collides with the body

• "Put it on" list: drop the mod onto any stock 2K26 wrestler to test it fast, shown by their in-game names

• No Blender needed

• Your 2K25 files are never changed

WHAT YOU NEED

CakeView from PWM Mods. The first time you start the tool, press "Select CakeView.exe" and pick it. You only do this once.

HOW TO USE

1. Start Gorilla Model Formatter and select your CakeView.exe (first time only).

2. Pick your 2K25 wrestler folder and where to save.

3. Press CONVERT TO 2K26, copy the "Characters" folder into your BakeMe, and bake.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Cloth pieces with their own data files, and physics files from games older than 2K25, don't move yet. I'm working on both.

• Custom base models without a normal head and body are reported as not converted.
