Character auction slot - Korean restaurant waiter (Patreon)

Hi folks,I have an announcement today that I hinted at in the October devlog, as well as the accidentally published previous post. We decided to open a few slots for in-game characters and auction those - priomarily for background characters in the town. All the characters we're thinking of will have some dialogue and If you wanted to have a cameo in Dawn Chorus, this is your chance!The first character we're experimentally auctioning is a waiter in the restaurant our crew is visiting - present mainly in Lake's route, but they'll also be encountered in Rune, Bjørn, Mikko, Jørgen and Torulf routes. All body types are fine, but we'd ask for anthro land mammals only to be consistent with the worldbuilding. They'd be dressed in semi-formal attire, but the exact clothing would be up to the character owner and Haku's discussion. Their personality and lines would also be up to you, as long as they aren't clashing with the mood of the scene! They'd be premiered with the upcoming November update for Lake. If this goes right and we decide to do more auctions, the next character will be announced in a a month or more. We're not 100% sure which character will go next, but we want to keep the number of them to around 5 in total.We'd like to let everyone participate, therefore the auction isn't limited to our patrons, but it will be held here, on Patreon, under this post, so you need at least an account to bid. We'd like to ask you to message Haku first through their bsky, Telegram or Discord (hq_png) to discuss if your character would be a good fit, otherwise your bids will be removed. We also reserve the right to return the full amount and remove the character from the game as a safety measure.The starting price we ask for is $200 for a clothed sprite with several expressions. It will be included in the visual novel, but also yours to use wherever you want! Minimum bid increase is $10. The aucion ends in two weeks, on 10.11.2024, 21:00 UTC.
