March mid-month update (Mikko) (Patreon)

I'm coming back to you with the promised mid-month update for Mikko. The whole update has 7K words of new scenes. Regarding the choice in it, I'd advise you to follow your heart.

Sadly we're using the older sprite for Mikko for this update, with only one expression. The next character to get a new sprite is Torulf, and at this point I can't say when the new sprite for Mikko will be ready.
