Any chance you guys are looking for an audio upgrade?

For one thing you're room you guys record in are super echoey. If your using a condenser kic this is really bad. Using a dynamic.mic will fix this but your limiting your quality ceiling since dynamics dont pickup everything like a condenser would. You should invest in some carpets or even just making a test recording under a blanket just to see the difference.

I (first voice) do record under a blanket (can't convince Chris to do the same). Maybe I need a thicker blanket or put a blanket under the hard surface my computer sits on. We currently each use a Samson Go-Mic with a windscreen, record it from each of our homes, and then I take those files and throw them through audacity. I'm working off my shaky memory of my minor degree in Media Arts :)
