Learn how to draw cute spooky things in Procreate in this cosy, beginner-friendly Halloween drawing tutorial! 🎃👻🍄 In this step-by-step Procreate tutorial, we’ll create a whole collection of whimsical Halloween and autumn illustrations using just one Procreate default brush — Dry Ink. We’ll draw a cute little ghost wearing an oversized witch hat, a fluffy spider and spiderweb, a sweet black bat, pumpkins, a jack-o’-lantern, magical cauldron, potion bottle, mushrooms, autumn leaves, an acorn, crescent moon, candle and more cosy seasonal details. This tutorial is perfect for Procreate beginners or anyone who loves cute digital art, whimsical illustration, cosy autumn drawing ideas and not-too-scary Halloween art. One of the fun things about this illustration is that we’re keeping the process really simple. Each individual element is created on its own layer, while the base colours, texture, details, highlights and shadows are built onto that same layer using Alpha Lock. We’ll use the Dry Ink brush throughout to give everything a slightly textured, hand-drawn feel.
