Hey!

I want to do some book readings. HONESTLY, it's more for myself because I like reading but I never get around to it because i'm busy.

So I want to read it aloud on the microphone for y'all to listen.

That being said, I'm calling for book recommendations! Maybe the most liked comment can be the first one, but I know some of you are shy and prefer to DM me. I'll figure something out. I might do Animal Farm as my first one maybe. It might be good to start with more well known stuff.

I would prefer shorter reads, Novellas are great. Think like Animal Farm and Charlottes Web. I think full novels are definitely too long especially if I wanna get through multiple books in a year. I'm thinking maybe like 3-4 chapters every week? I'd also say I think for more niche reads, probably even shorter ones are better. I don't want to record 10 hours of audio that only 1 person is really enjoying.

Besides that I don't really have a preference for genre. I do really like sad/touching/inspiring books (you can tell by my Animal Farm and Charlottes Web mentions) but that's just me personally lol. I probably will read them just for fun.

But yeah give me some recs. Oh yeah and I'm making a whole new tier for this kinda content, so if you want in on that, I'll open that next month? I think?

It'll be really cool and honestly I'll have a lot of fun. It gets kinda stressful having to write scripts and in these book readings I'll definitely be reading them as myself. No acting, no drama, just me. In fact it'll probably be the only content I make where I'm playing as myself lol. I'll also (try to) find physical copies of these books so you'll hear me flipping the pages too hahah.

I'm off to bed now

Goodnight everyone <3

Love, Prince <3

Idk if itโ€™s the type of book youโ€™re after but, the lion the witch and the wardrobe is a classic thatโ€™s in the 180-200 page range like charlottes web if youโ€™re after shorter reads. Itโ€™s the only short book I can think of rn lol
