An 8-year old girl frantically phones 911 for help on March 1st, 2010 in Detroit. Her mother and father have been tragically murdered. After the call is publicly released at the family’s request - the 911 dispatcher’s tone and treatment of the situation triggers an internal investigation and national outrage.
