On October 29th, 2014, 51-year-old convicted murderer Steven Sandison awoke from his slumber and headed to the chow hall at Saginaw Correctional Facility in Freeland, Michigan. After conversing with a few fellow inmates, Steven walked up to one of the morning correctional officers who he had grown particularly fond of. He explained to them that the night prior, he had committed a vicious crime in his cell - and left the bloodied remnants locked inside for officers to discover.
