Felony Friday - Abuse of Power (Patreon)

On February 23rd, 2017, 59-year-old James Appleton was sitting on the side of Gann Ridge Road just outside of Garfield, Arkansas when he was violently gunned down by a passing White Chevy Malibu. One witness who saw the crime unfolding would unknowingly connect the dots between two horrific crimes that occurred nearly two decades apart after reporting what they had seen to police.
