Here's my take: Shivangi asked Harshad multiple times to clarify if he let her win, and despite all those chances he did not admit it then. Yes, both were determined to become finalists in the cage, but for Harshad to choose only then to reveal the truth in front of everyone was a sly move. By admitting that she won cuz he lost on purpose essentially pushes the narrative that she is using him, that she doesn't deserve to be at the finale on her own to the public, and minimizes her efforts. Shivangi never asked him to let her win so why should she just accept that his lack of effort till now makes him worthy of being a first finalist? Sure Harshad is emotional but he should not have guilt tripped her. She wasn't upset that he won but that he used the wrong justification to make her feel unworthy publicly. As for Shivangi stalling, the cage was locked and they had to wait for the jailer to unlock the cage to actually leave. She did hug Ritesh but then every other contestant also gave a farewell before leaving which was edited out. Shivangi also mentioned how she sent Chamola to check on Harshad and comfort him which was edited out of the episode. Yes, Shivangi should have accepted the decision after a while, but she just needed time to process it all.
