Gorged myself silly last night. I describe all the food I had, but afterwards I calculated all the calories in my gainer shake. The cream and two pints of ice cream totalled 4500 calories. 😳 …Which is a lot.

I filled myself up to the brim with fat last night and it had me feeling exceptionally round and heavy. I couldn’t help showing off and also couldn’t resist taking a quick post stuffing weigh-in either. 😉
