Besties...

I went into this pilot with an open mind...

โ€ฆand I came away genuinely impressed. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ’–

Love Me to Hurt Me looks like it's going to deliver exactly the kind of emotional rollercoaster I love.

The chemistry already feels promising.

The cinematography looks beautiful.

The story has me wanting more.

And one thing that really stood out to me...

Tan has improved SO much. ๐Ÿ‘

You can really see the growth in her performance, and it made me even more excited to see where this series goes.

In today's reaction we talk about:

๐Ÿ’– My first impressions of the pilot๐ŸŽฌ The chemistry between the leadsโœจ The visuals and production quality๐Ÿ‘ Tan's noticeable growth as an actress๐Ÿ˜ญ Why I'm genuinely excited for this series

This is only the pilot, but if the full series delivers on what we've seen here, I think we're in for something really special.

What did you think of the pilot? Did it get you excited for the series too? Let me know in the comments! ๐Ÿ‘‡

For me, when it comes to CH3 series, I just get so nervous with their shows. Haha. Like they never seem to be able to deliver the type of quality that GMMTV has been able to do. Its definitely a little weird that they decided to show a pilot seemingly out of nowhere. But i guess its just their way to keep people's interests like "hey, we have this show that could be happening soon" with Tan and her new partner to help people get excited for their new pairing. Despite Play Park being kinda meh, i still liked TanYada as a pairing even though the chemistry wasnt all there. I had a bit of hope that maybe if they had gotten a 2nd series together, they would be more improved as a pairing. But i do understand the chemistry issues. The chemistry in this pilot already looks way better than the chemistry in Play Park. With CH3's series, no matter how excited i am when i see either the pilot or the trailer, i always have a wait and see approach. Lol. Which is way differerent from my response with GMMTV's series. I get a bit more hyped for their series even when they just announce new series. And like I dont really have the wait and see approach with their series. Like im already willing to start their series rather than wait for other people to watch the shows first to see if i want to watch them. Hopefully, my comment is making sense. Im writing this out just as im waking up so its almost 6am in my timezone and my brain isnt fully braining. Lol

Tan def looked good in this pilot. Im not entirely sure what the context of the story is, they dont really give you much. But i do love an enemies to lovers trope so im here for it :) So i think they released this because they want this series to come out after Pls Love. Im noticing a pattern with CH3. Seems like they want to have a GL out all the time. Last year they had Only You, then My Safe Zone, then they brough in TanYada with Play Park, and then OomBam with Fulfil, then back to LingOrm with In Love Forever, then LM again with Pls Love, and then it'll circle back around.
