besties… Episode 5 has me CONFLICTED. 😭💀

Because on one hand...

RIN. GIRL. YOU ARE PISSING ME OFF.

There were several moments where I wanted to reach through my screen and have a serious conversation with this woman. 😂

But at the same time, I genuinely feel bad for ALL of these girls.

Everyone is dealing with their own feelings, insecurities, hurt, and complicated situations, and the more we learn about them, the harder it becomes for me to completely blame any one person.

I'm frustrated...

but I'm also emotionally invested as hell. 😭

Girl continues to surprise me, and I'm absolutely loving this side of her.

Denied Love really has figured out my perfect combination: cute, funny, spicy, emotional, and just enough drama to have me screaming at fictional women through my television.

Five episodes in and I'm STILL struggling not to binge the entire thing.

I do also wonder if Rin’s Ex was actually straight as Rin was together with her for years (like 5 yrs or something) and yet Rin said sleeping with a woman (Khem) was her first time, and so she hadn’t had a very physical relationship with her Ex. Her Ex, Prapai, also seems very needy and possessive like that’s what she was like with Rin and still is when her boyfriend isn’t showing her enough attention, either, and so it feels like it was more her insecurities that kept her with Rin because she was willing to show her affection when no-one else would, until she met a guy who would do the same but with whom she also then had a physical relationship (by dint of her then getting pregnant with his baby). I also wonder if Khem’s lack of a physical relationship is why she is so repressed with Khem as she has had to suppress her own desires for so long and now it is a bit like a faucet under pressure when Rin gets all ‘naughty’ with her. 😈😜. Also Khem’s joke about her being called someone with the fastest hands also cracked me up. There were so many funny one liners running through my head, that they could have used to extend that joke, or left (for example) as a flashback of student comments on Khem’s graduation page on the back of that one🤭🤣. She always gets the job done; anyone who comes to her always leaves satisfied, she is always known for being exceptionally generous and giving, the feedback she receives is filled with such glowing reviews, she is referred to as being very talented and ambi-dextrous, and a master at applying a delicate touch to the most in-depth of challenges, etc 😇🤣

I don’t think the friend has a crush, personally, as she never tries to show her affection, or sits close to her, or tries to be close to her in any scenes, I just think she was very worried for Khem, knowing how much Khem has fallen for Rin and how Rin is treating Khem in return. I didn’t feel any longing for Khem from her, except perhaps that she wished she didn’t have such a different status from Khem in life, and that she could be more friendly but keeps her walls up instead as she was the one working for Khem, and has to return to her normal working life, when Khem’s visit is over, rather than be a normal peer to Khem who could also be her friend (or potentially more in another life, but in this one at least I’m not feeling it, unless it’s incredibly repressed).

Great, now I have Backstreet Boys stuck in my head. Thanks for that lol. I love Khem. Literally whatever she is thinking, she says... no matter what it is lol. But yea, Rin really needs to get out of her own way and realize that emotionally clinging to her ex is completely unhealthy and pointless. Also i def agree that Khems friend is totally in love with her. Like no doubt in my mind. But i think she understands that Khem doesnt return those feelings so shes never voiced it and kinda just stays in her own lane.
