besties… WE MADE IT TO THE END OF DANGEROUS QUEEN. 😭👑💔

And I’m actually SO SAD that it’s over.

This show has put me through the absolute WRINGER. 😂

We’ve had toxic relationships.Crazy mothers.Queen going through approximately 700 years of emotional trauma.A terrifying man whose body count just KEPT RISING. 💀Me screaming at basically every character. And somehow… I became completely invested in all of it.

Dangerous Queen was one of those shows that I went into hearing very mixed opinions about, and I genuinely did NOT expect to become as obsessed with it as I did.

Was it messy?

YES.

Was it toxic?

ABSOLUTELY.

Did these women need therapy approximately six episodes ago?

WITHOUT QUESTION. 😂

Did I eat it up anyway?

…Unfortunately, yes. 😭💀

And now that we’ve reached Episode 8, I’m sitting here thinking WAIT, THAT’S IT?! I’M NOT READY TO SAY GOODBYE YET!

Thankfully…

WE’RE GETTING THE SPECIAL EDITION!! 😭🔥👀

So technically I don’t have to let go QUITE yet, and I am ridiculously excited to see what they have waiting for us.

TK and Nur, you stressed me out, scared me, made me question everybody’s decision-making abilities and somehow got me emotionally attached.

I’M GOING TO MISS YOU. 😭❤️

Dangerous Queen besties, now that we’ve finished the whole series: WHAT DID YOU THINK?! Did you love it? Hate it? Love the toxicity? And are you as excited for the Special Edition as I am?!

Let’s spiral. 💖

I guess it'd be difficult at the start to have good kiss chemistry between a boss and employee 😂

For me the toxicity in the show was never the relationship between Bonita and Queen, it was the people around them, primarily Bo’s mother, and I really had to force myself to keep watching the episodes as I really didn’t enjoy the scenes with Bo’s mother. Other than her, I thought it was a fairly good show. I don’t think their relationship was perfect, but Queen’s cold exterior and aloof norm was thawed by Bo’s own stubbornness to not always do what Queen wanted and let’s face it, Queen was down bad for Bo, so it didn’t take much for her to give into whatever Bo wanted. You reacted exactly as I expected to that collar scene - ha - to have a whole box of implements already in her bedroom including a collar ready for Bo to use 🫣🤭🤣

Re their chemistry and acting in that last scene, it was so stiff, I was kind of wondering if it had been filmed out of order, and was actually their first filmed kiss, as I’ve seen that happen on other shows (I remember they did that on Show Me Love and it was similarly off to watch as it was an awkwardly kind of flat kiss at the end when they were supposed to be the most comfortable with each other). I mean we’ve seen outside of the show now how comfortable and used to each other TK and Nur are, so I don’t think they lack chemistry normally🤔

I am sorry Kelly but i have to disagree with you about queen viewing Babe as a sister at the start of there interactions. why? Because in episode 1 she asks Babe to sit on her lap! I read queens character as a Dominant Fem at the start but as she interacts further with babe her ice queen exterior melts. I know this seems to contradict the story about the rabbit and the wolf, but the narrator of a story is not always the most honest one. Enjoyed this series so much and kudos to Nur to bring this story to life.

P.s can not wait for the special

HAHA Yes the collar scene had me in a chokehold pardon the pun, that was crazy. Yes I do have to agree I think it was the outside influences that were horribly toxic and not really their relationship.

GlSpiral

That would make a lot of sense, very good point.

GlSpiral

Yeah you may be right on that, but I did get a sense of protectiveness for her but I think yes this may be a thing of the narrator taking certain liberties lol!
