Then suddenly I was rooting for a HUMAN AND A ROBOT.

We got the infamous “exchange of oral fluids.” 💀

Episode 5 left my jaw on the FLOOR for entirely different reasons. 😳

Episode 6 emotionally obliterated me.

And then Episode 7 came along and apparently decided:

“You still have some tears left. LET’S FIX THAT.” 😭💔

I SOBBED.

But underneath all the emotional damage, I need to say this:

ME MIND Y, YOU ABSOLUTE GENIUSES. 👏👏👏

I underestimated this series SO MUCH.

What could have easily just been a silly concept about falling in love with an AI became something I genuinely cared about. I became attached to these characters, invested in their relationship, laughed my ass off, screamed at my screen and ultimately cried my eyes out.

THAT is a successful series.

AI Girl managed to be ridiculous, hilarious, romantic, sexy, weird, surprisingly thoughtful and absolutely DEVASTATING.

And now I'm sitting here thinking…
