Today we’re reacting to the official pilot for Resonance จังหวะรัก เพลงของเรา and I went into this not really knowing what to expect…

But OKAYYYYY. I SEE THE VISION. 👀

First of all, I LOVE when a GL gives us something a little different, and building the story around music immediately caught my attention. 🎶

But obviously you know what I'm looking for when we get a new GL pilot:

Do I care about the characters?Does the story make me curious?And most importantly…

IS THE CHEMISTRY CHEMISTRY-ING?! 😂🔥

Because you can give me gorgeous cinematography, pretty locations and an interesting concept, but if I don't believe these women want to be within approximately three inches of each other, WE HAVE A PROBLEM. 💀

And Resonance?!

YOU HAVE MY ATTENTION.

There are already little moments in this pilot that have me VERY curious about where they're planning to take this relationship, and I'm excited to see what changes between the pilot and the eventual series.

Thai GL keeps expanding, we're getting more genres and different kinds of stories, and my watchlist is becoming an absolutely unmanageable disaster.

AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER ABOUT IT. 😭💖
