Body and Life. Normal body swaps don't give you access to memories and personality and that's one of my favorite parts of possession ^^

Body swap. Gives them more of a challenge of dealing with their situation instead of gaining the memories as a guide to their new life and new mannerisms. Of course one will want to pretend to be the other so they’ll need to figure out how to blend in and they could accuse the other of being crazy creep if they know about something in detail.

Regular body swap is good, but I like it when it's spiced up at least a little bit with some mental changes. Like maybe their sexuality changes with their new bodies.
