The most obvious interpretation of this "Oh, fuck this !" would be "I'm too fat and I want to loose this belly." But there is much more interesting way to understand it : "Oh, fuck this ! If I can't loose this, let's see how big it can get !" "Oh, fuck this ! I'm not growing fast enough !" "Oh, fuck this ! Why is this scale still unbroken ?!"
