Jill rejected the magical life to go back to her mundane life, but her mundane life fucking sucks. This is not the first time this has happened to her, but it's the first time rabbits were involved. 

Jill's cigarettes are "Samsara Sigs". Samsara being the cycle of death and rebirth from Buddhism that you escape by achieving Nirvana. Jill is back where she started and she's suffering it's very arty and pretentious.
