I like that Sad Blues are a sufficiently recurring problem that there's a policy in place.

My roommate moved out but didn't clean out his room and it's made me appreciate how clean Jill's "human disaster" room is by comparison. There's not even any trash bags on the ground! If I were making this now I'd make her living situation much scuzzier.
