IIRC Penny does get off on humiliation due to the collar. But this image makes me wonder. Will we ever get to see some art of how Penny handles those poor souls that cross the line ?

I don’t doubt it. Still it would be fun to see a stand alone example, even if it’s just as a gag. Something like (Random Guy spanks her while she’s going down the hall, she summons a swarm of ghost hands to spank the sh*t out of the would-be grab-asser :P)

Great post. Love the muzzle ridges and raised hackles. The sparkling magic is a nice touch too.
