So it's either hanging on a little clear plastic outline thing so it stays in a general female shape, or it's hanging on a little magic ~thing~ instead. This sounds academic, but after removal the plastic would still be there, whereas the magic would go floop and vanish. Plus maybe the outline is giving us hints as to what the heck the silly thing does.
