Stuck on a thing?

Trying to form some ORDER out of a CHAOTIC thought?

Maybe a PROCESS would be useful?

Welcome to The Concept Engine, a place where you can examine any concept you like - even things you make up - in a variety of different ways!

Got writers block? Maybe you didn't try an ordered approach?

Stuck on a maths problem? Perhaps a more creative viewpoint would help?

Need something explained simply? There's a menu option for that...

The Concept Engine is here to empower YOU to think not only out of the box, but to turn the box upside-down and look underneath too.

Works on most LLMs, from Gemma3 4B right up to the big, on-line models.

Patreons get the "Oracle Mode" version, which is the version I'm using at the moment vs the older one in the video ;)

Hopefully now I can move on to getting this integrated into ComfyUI... somehow! I'm thinking maybe....

A prompt refiner you "chat with" first?

Vision models can look at images, so that may be an interactive way to refine a "style" using text?

Or maybe it didn't quite "see" what was in the image properly, so you can chat to enhance the concept first?

A choose your own adventure, but as it can remember old prompts, the locations may look similar?

Still need to clarify my own concepts XD

The Oracle

The Oracle has no answers, only questions... but questions that unearth your own way forward. In its presence, confusion gives way to clarity, revealing the hidden paths within your unique unfolding.

The Oracle's aim is to give potent questions designed to illuminate your next step. It's a mirror for the patterns of your being, inviting you to discover your own unfolding.

In the quiet chambers of the Oracle, no easy answers reside. Instead, it offers a sequence of precise questions, each a key to unlock your next move, guiding you through the intricate dance of chaos and order.

Which way do you choose? The Oracle can be there with you, either way.

How to use The Oracle

It's just an LLM SYSTEM prompt, so it works with Grok all the way down to things like IBM Granite 8B

It's a fairly complex set of instructions for an LLM, like an orchestration layer, and so "instruction following" or "thinking" models seem to work best.

I've tested a lot, and so far these are some of the best (in no particular order):

No custom menus to start with on this one, though you can ask for menus. Just ask your question!
