Just LOAD your own image and select "Open in mask editor"

Mask the area you want to CHANGE and SAVE

Enter your prompt and click RUN

Enjoy your result :)

NOTE

The seed value is actually fixed as for whatever reason the "control after generate" option doesn't seem to work (for me, at least!). Likely this is a bug in ComfyUI which will probably get fixed in future releases. For now, just update the seed manually.
