Book 1 Cover Art! (Patreon)

This is the first piece of art commissioned using your Patreon dollars (thank you!) for the cover of the Book 1 ebook. Note: the actual title of Book 1 will not be Undermind - that's the name of the series as a whole. The titled version shown here will be used on Royal Road and Scribble Hub, not Amazon.

The artist for this piece is the talented Ben J.

We've been experimenting with different body shapes for Saskia. For the first one we tried, a couple of my fellow writers (both women) told me she "looks like a dude." So for this version, we've gone with a sexier Saskia with a skinny waistline and back-breaking levels of boobage. I think this version will be needed for the tiny-scale covers used on RR/SH, where everything has to be super-exaggerated or the details are lost. It's up in the air whether this will be the version used everywhere.

Let me know what you think!

I'm going to try making different resolution images available to different tiers, but I'm not sure if it'll work yet, so bear with me. If it works, $1+ will get a 600x900 image for this first piece, $5+ will also get 1200x1800, and $15+ will also get 2400x3600. The latter is total overkill, but who knows, it might appeal to someone.
