Backgrounds & Layouts - Which style do you prefer?

Hello everyone! 👋

As you know, I’m constantly experimenting and learning new ways to push the quality of my comic-style storytelling. My goal is to make sure you have the most immersive and comfortable reading experience possible! 📖✨

I’ve been testing two different workflows for the backgrounds and overall composition, and now I want to hear from you. Your vote will determine the visual direction of my upcoming sets!

🔍 The Options:

Option A: Separated Character & Background Renders

The Process: The character and the environment are generated as separate layers.

The Result: The backgrounds tend to have fewer details because matching the lighting and composition with the character manually is a complex task. I’m still perfecting this technique, but it offers a different kind of focus on the character.

Option B: Integrated Backgrounds + Comic Layout

The Process: The character and the background are generated together in the same scene.

The Result: This allows for much higher detail in the environment and a "perfect" composition where everything feels connected.

The Bonus: I also include a flat-color base background in the layout. This provides a clean, dynamic space for the dialogue balloons and SFX, making the text much easier to read and giving it a true professional manga/comic feel. 🇯🇵🇺🇸🇪🇸
