Fixed an issue (Patreon)

Hey all!

Some of you have been having troubles viewing certain posts, and I chalked it up to a glitch that I'd been notified of. However it turned out there were also some issues on my end. Since upgrading some tiers, it turns out permissions for the lower tier posts weren't automatically included in the new ones, so I had to manually go in and edit those permissions.

The upgraded tier 1 patrons as well as the tier 3 patrons should now be able to view the correct posts. Please let me know if you think anything's still missing!
