Wait, I’m confused, I thought Mike already turned back into a guy.

I’m not sure where you’re confused but didn’t happen :/

Claire eating out his pussy as he grows thiccer and curvier, his cock shrinking to a nub nub but his balls growing. Maybe Claire becoming more masc presenting....maybe Mike 'stealing' her curves?

Perhaps Claire strokes Mike's new horsecock with increasing enthusiasm, continuing to reassure Mike that hir new herm form only serves to heighten Claire's attraction to hir? Maybe Claire finds herself adopting a horny, slightly dominant tone with Mike, pushing hir onto hir back and teasing hir new horsecock to full mast? Claire could tease hir by lavishing hir new horsecock with oral stimulation, even struggling to wrap her own breasts around Mike's girthy length in a sensual titfuck as her fingers simultaneously play with Mike's new pussy in an attempt to get hir to see the potential benefits of hir new body.

I feel it would be cool and great for character development and consistency to have Claire comfort him, have him assert the fact he would prefer to still be referred to as he before they have some intimacy, culminating in Mike ultimately still choosing to revert to his normal self, feeling more comfortable as such, though perhaps lamenting no longer having a horsecock, but being glad to be able to fit his balls in pants again.
