Once I finish my comic (TF-rotica), I plan to learn Blender for 3D animation. This will reduce my comic production but allow me to create animations, including reimagined animated versions of my previous comics.

All of you are here because of comics, and if I suddenly switch gears like that, I don't want to scare everyone off. Is learning 3D animation worth the payoff for you, my supporters, if I wasn't able to give you as consistent content/comics???This has nothing to do with lack of ideas and future projects. I have SO many ideas I want to expand on in the future. Those things take time, and I am only one fella. This isn't something that will be happening soon. Just looking for feedback 💛

Blender is hard to learn and master if you want to do good animations. But I certainly look forward so see what you will do with that new skill. Keep going, learn and improve! <3

Blender is a completely different beast from 2D comics, and animations take the learning curve up three additional notches. I'd like to see at least a few (maybe shorter) comics in between animations.

I would enjoy seeing a mix of the both... Comics and animations. I would enjoy seeing a comic of something then end up being shown in animation style, and showing everything we saw in the comic having us reminiscing of the comic and seeing the scenes in comic in a animated way. <3

Your comics already hit a niche market that I don't often see quality art of. Especially within the futa/tranformation/cumflation market. There is even less of that in the animation world. Let alone anything of quality. So I'm all for it.

so my view is this i do 3D modeling for a living and also learn animiton! and i think its a good way to go. u just gotta be careful. allot of animtions out there are very robotic. and with growth stuff like u do they tend to also clip allot. my advice start with basic renders. play around with it learn blendshapes and how to use bones to make stuff look good and ur gonna be able to get to animtion allot easier. im sure u got lotsa people who help u but if u ever need help throw me a msg. i like helping people same as people helped me reach where i am

I recommend you first dip your toes into animating your comics, just to see if you're even cut out for it.

Im happy for you to learn new things, but I'll probably unsub after that point. It feels like animation has taken over my entire feed, and I honestly dont care for it. Seems like I'm a minority opinion, though.

I'd love to see it, but I understand it's very time-consuming. Worth it if you have a really good shot for animating, tho. Probably not worth it for every page.

I say go for it bud. I love your comics, and I will be sad to see less of them, but I’m excited to see where you go. And like you’ve been saying in other comments, you’ll still post wips and stuff every once in a while. Just take your time, and have fun with it even if it drives you nuts trying to learn it, and don’t burn out on us😁.

There isn't a "follow your heart" button, but that would be my vote. I do enjoy comics over animation and 2d over 3d, but those are simple my tastes and mine alone, and they should not dictate your artistic path forward. And even so, those are just preferences, I am more than happy to indulge in animations and 3d and will remain here all the same, enjoying what you put out. So again, follow YOUR heart, do what YOU want to do. That is what's most important
