Varang comes from Avatar: Fire and Ash as the fearless leader of the Ash People — a clan that lost everything to a volcano and chose to worship the thing that destroyed them rather than mourn it. She carries that trauma like armor, turning devastation into dominance and grief into an unshakeable, terrifying authority. There's no Eywa guiding her, no nature goddess softening her edges — just fire, will, and the kind of presence that makes everyone around her feel like they're already losing.
