Hi everyone!

Well, my vacation isn’t over yet, but I finally managed to find a little time in the evenings to polish everything up and finish the editing!

So, it’s with great pleasure that I present to you the 5 MINUTES finished Grapara! animation! I used a bit of VFX and VA this time around. It doesn’t really feel like a fully finished product yet (even though I think it’s better than nothing)... But I still can’t afford to hire a voice actress, so please make those views count! 😂 If it does well, I’ll make a V2 with full voice acting.(If you are interested... of course)

In the meantime,

Enjoy!

See you soon!Video link:

Amazing video even if it still hits me in the gut. What do you think about the ending?

Hey!! Thanks! Honestly, I’m not really sure what to think... Fumi and Shinobu breaking up, I actually think that’s good, and it makes sense. Fumi telling Sakura the truth is good too... Then Shinobu becoming a pro at sex scenes, and Sakura becoming a pro at sex scenes... and then the finale with them holding hands while she’s getting fucked... It’s so ridiculously stupid that it’s actually hilarious. But it’s just fucking terrible, honestly... I think it would’ve been less stupid if they hadn’t ended up getting back together. So it’s kind of a shame it had to end so quickly, because there was definitely potential to wrap things up properly... Sakura was a real bitch here, she deserved to be taught a lesson. But I guess that wasn’t what was planned. So considering how few chapters Airi had to finish the manga, I feel like this is probably the least bad outcome possible... I think? What do you think?

Honestly it's a mixed bag for me. In a sense it was.. "bittersweet" I guess you can call it? As I see it Fumi's character was basically assassinated and dumbed down to a simple "yea I could have told you but didn't cause I wanted Shinobu for myself". The fact Sakura didn't learn the truth until years later really just dumbs down the whole misunderstanding. It was a resolution we all wanted but handled incredibly poorly. It just makes the whole story past chapter 129 basically.. pointless. We all wanted to see Shinobu and Sakura reunite and have that misunderstanding resolved. We all wanted to see Sakura have some kind of consequence be it heavy guilt or crying. Instead we just get an "ah.." like look. Yet when they do finally meet there's no exchange of words. They're both in their dream careers and then it just.. ends. Hopefully volume 14's bonus chapter will be more epilogue like and clear things up but we won't find out till around autumn!

Ah yeah, I can imagine that people who had turned to Fumi as their new character to cherish must have felt doubly betrayed haha. And yeah, Sakura finding out that she betrayed Shinobu for absolutely no good reason and barely reacting to it was pretty hilarious too... But I mean, with only a few chapters left, what else could they really do? Oh, so there’s going to be a bonus chapter in a few months? I’m not expecting anything, so whatever... It’s just a little sad. There was so much more they could have done with it. When I went back on MangaDex and saw that little “END” icon next to chapter 136, I got a little pang of sadness. Anyway, now I just need to find another manga that can be read with one hand.

I'm telling you man! Check out "Daredemo Dakeru Kimi ga Suki". It's a fun read! Has 111 chapters right now.

Thank you for your hard work. Piggybacking off of the talk about the ending, it's honestly so frustrating that it felt like there was so much wasted time in the last part of the manga. I have my theories that this arc was always going to play out, and what we got would've probably extended to a more foreseeable end of the manga if it hadn't gotten axed the way it did. instead, KA had to abuse time skips in order to get her story beats across, and it just ended so sloppily. At least Shinobu and Sakura sorta reconciled. Who knows what bonus chapter we get, if it's just extended scenes from 129 or 132 or whatever, if we'll get an actual epilogue, or if it'll just be another "Chico's dumbass adventures" chapter. I hope Nishikada Keishi does another series by himself; I don't know if KA doesn't deserve EVERYTHING that's being thrown her way right now, but I hope she stays firmly in doujin space from now on.

Chapter 128 was the first chapter i read from Grapara and even if the scenario leading up it was not good. It and 129 had great moments like the kiss during the call, Sakura saying Shinobus name and thrust inside and the end shot with the condoms was the best. I have to read all of it now even if the ending was rushed since it got axed.

too bad that you started the manga right at the climax, because what makes this chapter so impactful is everything that came before it. Throughout the manga, Sakura and Shinobu go through all kinds of situations where Sakura comes dangerously close to “cheating,” often despite herself. And because they always managed to get through it, it made us think the NTR zone was safe. But all the excitement came from Airi Katsura, the author, getting closer and closer to crossing that line every single time. And then, in the blink of an eye, we went from “borderline fooling around” to “fucking all night.” That was honestly pretty damn effective haha

I saw searching for some interesting ntr Manga and that chapter was the top post at the time so I thought why not and liked it and 129 but the rest after other than Fumi weren't as great. Though once I saw who the author was I was like this is gonna suck for the Mc even more. But the sex being all night and the ending with her laying down surrounded by condoms was unbelievable hot that will never miss for a scene.
