Derek braced his thick arms on the sheets and he dropped his weight, the full mass of his torso and the heavy gut slammed down onto the mattress, the impact was brutal, Alex’s muffled scream vibrated through the stomach wall as they collapsed around him, folding his body in half, ribs cracking with wet, muffled CRUNCH sounds, Derek lifted his hips just enough to let the gut rebound, then dropped again, harder.

Thud... glrrk... CRUNCH.

He set a deliberate, punishing rhythm, each impact crushed Alex tighter against the mattress, the stomach walls compressed from every direction, soft tissue gave way first, then denser structures, Derek could feel the shape of Alex’s spine buckling, the sharp pop of joints separating, the wet grinding of bone against bone.

Derek stayed there on all fours for several long breaths, chest heaving, what was left of Alex shifted and settled into a denser, more compact mass of bones and thick slurry, the sensation overwhelming as some of the bits got stuck on the stomach's lower area until Derek felt a belch forcing its way up.

Derek let out a deep, long sigh of pure satisfaction as he felt a thick chunk of bones and slurry being pumped deep into his intestines, his cock twitched hard at the sound and the relieved feeling.

He slowly lowered himself, rolling onto his side, letting the gut settle, the slurry and bones shifting with a thick glrrrk… schlrrp as they redistributed, Derek sighed with pleasure as the stomach continued its work through the rest of the night, slowly and deliciously pumping Alex's remains down into Derek's greedy intestines.
