Small notice for ToonAccurate on MCPE (Patreon)

I just uploaded a small fix that will allow ToonAccurate for YSSbe shader to work with the latest YSSBEv1.15_EX_Official version.

So far this pack (as well as Vanillaccurate) were only compatible with YSSBEv1.15beta2, now it works with the latest release as well.

Just for now, I don't recommend using the official release though. It's got bugs and performance issues, and although POM is much better looking, it also has very obvious seams that look weird. Beta2's POM was much less accurate but the seams weren't that much obvious and performance was a tad better.
